Tucson Pain Institute reviews
5I just met Dr Charles Stevens today for the first time in my 48 years. I have never met a better Dr. He listens to you. He answers your questions and he treats everybody equally he is there to help you. I wish I would have met him a long time ago. My primary doctor referred me to Dr Stevens, and I'm very thankful if anybody out there needs to see a doctor and has any questions about any pain I recommend this doctor thank you again, doctor stevens!
Frank is a lazy horrible pain management Dr. Never had a in person appointment after evaluation. One a month tele-health call just asking where my pain at from 1-10. All I would get is just keep taking pain medication and losing weight would help for my back pain. I don’t understand someone who is twice my size would say that. But I feel like if your a big person you shouldn’t work as a pain management or physical therapy. You can’t tell patients your bmi is causing your pain. The front end lady’s need training so they know what is going on with appointments setting. I looked for a better doctor. Now I go to core institute in Phoenix it’s way worst it. I wasted my time/money here at Tucson pain institute for a year!
I was contacted by this Pain Clinic to schedule an appointment. I was referred by the VA. When I returned the call to schedule my appointment I was hung up on 4 times, then I finally got a human and she hung up on me after asking for my birthdate. Finally, it appeared I was going to be successful with scheduling an appointment, only to be disappointed and told I had to drive there to pick up a packet, fill it out, turn it in before they will schedule an appointment. I asked if that was their policy and if it was in writing. The person believes it is written in the packet somewhere.lol… I am sure it is. Nope, custom service is desperately in need of training.
Tucson pain Center has disappoint me in the last month. The nurse practitioner. Frankie knows how to pronounce his last name, but anyway has chosen to tell me that it’s a patch don’t feel right don’t use it not exactly words, but that’s how I took it. I don’t know how I started seeing Frankie when I was seeing Dr. Stevens the owner of the clinic. But I when along with it thinking that because he owned two businesses, one in Tucson, and one in Yuma that he was stretched thin, that’s why I was starting to see Frankie. And only seen him when I needed to receive my shots. I have been going to Tucson pain Center for almost I believe four or five years. Dr. Stephen really helped me out with my pain in the beginning but it went downhill this past year. I had to fire his practice. But I wish them well in the future.
