It's cheap! The gate works, and the front office people are nice. Almost had to take a star off for a keycard incident I had during the weekend and the numbers they gave me to call were duds. Only happened once in 2 years though. There is a gate keeper-dude (what's the technical job description?) though if you tell loud enough

Found this great facility to store our 23' travel trailer. Location has easy access to I-10, the storage yard is very well kept and organized. Great security with 24/7 gate access, onsite watchman, security lights, and clearly marked spaces. We aren't military, but so glad to see them honor our vets with discounts! Highly recommend this RV storage yard.

Is a great company. All are friendly. Intelligent, and ethical. Do business there if looking for an RV. Class C.a Motor Home, or Toy Hauler.

Like many people, we were very hesitant to consign our RV. We met with 3 dealerships and then decided to go with Bill at Tucson Park and Sell. He seemed to be the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and gave us the best price. He also took the time to explain the process and gave us time to decide. Bill sold our Class C in two weeks and we had a check in hand shortly after!

Salesman, Bill, was superb! He was very knowledgeable about the RV we were looking at and very patient. Could not have asked for better service when making such a large purchase. Staff was great as well.

Bill did a great job of selling our class A motorhome. He was courteous and did what he promised us in a timely mannor.

I wish I could rate the facility higher but I can't due to the last encounter before an otherwise great experience. In general this facility is a good place to store your RV etc. Seemingly secure facility (minus a shady adjacent business) that allows for access when you need to get to whatever you are storing. However where they lost my 5 star rating wasn't in their service or facility but lack of honesty. Upon cancelling service on the 5th of April they said they would NOT prorate the rest of the month and now I am paying $50.00 for them to rent that vacant space to someone else. The $50.00 is not going to make me or break me but to some people principle still matters. Renters just be aware.

Salesman started off by asking me what my ethnicity was, I responded by "American". The salesman then stated I couldn't see the big RVs because he didn't want to get them "dirty". I will never give these people my money or time, horrible this still exists.

Great place to buy well maintained, pre-used R V s. Bought a great Jeep Grand Cherokee here, also. Highly recommend this place!

Do not buy any thing from nick.these RVS are used And abused. Most of the lot have dead batteries and do not start half the things do not work in these old RV's. GO ELSE WHERE.

RV storage prices are better than other storage facilities. The trailer behind my space backed into my trailer causing damage, I reported it to the rental office and they said they would review the security tapes and it has been over a month now and I have not heard a word about the damages that were done to my trailer. Not sure why they raised the storage prices to justify the new security cameras if they can't even review the cameras and prove the guy behind me backed into my trailer!

We purchased a diesel pusher from them and it was a great experience. Nick was straightforward, the opposite of pushy, very helpful, and the whole staff was friendly and great to work with.

If you're looking for a used RV or motorhome this is a good place to go. The sales people here are not pushy and they work with you to find what you're looking for.

A cosignment sales for RV's and storage. Folks are nice but if your looking to buy an RV they have a limited selection.we've been twice and walked away with no prospects.

We purchased a 2002 Leprachaun RV from them. They went the extra mile to get financing for us. They took their time with us and made sure we were completely satisfied. These are used RV and people have to remember that you may need a repair. Our back up camera had to be replaced which we gladly did. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great value in a used RV.

Spectacular experience. Todd and his team did great job. I was coming out of town so he made sure he send me pictures of every defects, he made sure the RV was healthy enough to get me back to San Diego.they showed me everything i have to know about and they were there when i needed.

Highly recommend doin business with this honest dealership that's hard to come by.
