These folks are very responsive and fair. They take care of their properties, and they treat their tenants well. Nothing but great things to say about my experience with them.

Probably the best property manager in Tucson, Danny and his wife Susan are amazing! Ps it doesn't matter whether you are the tenant or the homeowner, they care equally about both and have everyone's best interest in mind. They are honest, fair and both awesome people!

Susan, the woman who processes the applications, is extremely rude and condescending. I had to call her three times to get a call back. I was able to provide three times the income but they wanted more documentation and she was very vague about what the parameters were around the documentation. She said, " I won't know until I see it. " Sounds pretty arbitrary and not legal. I emailed her to let her know I would get some further income documentation. I asked her a follow-up question on my pets application to which she never answered. I received an email the following day saying my time was up and if I didn't provide documentation IMMEDIATELY she would pass on my application. She never told me there was a time limit, She said it was first come first serve. I'm suspect that how they handled this was legal and I would NOT rent from this management company. Furthermore I would never put them in charge of a house I owned. I'm happy to say I found a rental with no issues around documentation on my income. Instead of pursuing any other action, I'm leaving this review to help others steer clear.

As a property owner, I've been working with Susan and Danny for almost twelve years, and it's been a genuine pleasure. Utterly trustworthy and professional, they are superb advocates for both tenants and owners. My tenants frequently renew, which I think speaks to a positive experience, with issues and concerns being met promptly to everyone's satisfaction. Communication when necessary is timely, and I can count on sound advice and recommendations as needed. I can't thank them enough for the job they've done - looking forward to working with them for many years to come!
