I recently went to tuning gruppe to get my b9 Audi s4 tuned. I was thrilled with the experience they gave me. After I left I noticed I wanted to go stage 2 instead of 1 and I called and they got me in within that hour and it was tuned and finished after 30 minutes. They have a great team here and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

A SERIOUS WARNING IN USING THIS COMPANY! >> Awhile back, I had new KW coilovers installed in my BMW, and Tuning Gruppe installed them UPSIDE DOWN! The car was (obviously) not driving well and making a bad noise, so I took it back in to be reviewed - they stated they adjusted them and everything was good - STILL UPSIDE DOWN. I went on a road trip to California, and driving over bumps felt like the coilovers would come thru the engine bay. I took my car into a KW Authorized shop in California and they immediately diagnosed the coilovers were installed upside down! I had the shop repair the issues and immediately contacted Tuning Gruppe to (obviously) get reimbursed. I was initially given the run around by Eric Gasser, Co-Owner. After numerous emails and conversations, David Van Etten, Co-Owner, stepped in and reimbursed only a portion of the costs. Since being reimbursed, I've incurred further costs associated with Tuning Gruppe's GROSS NEGLIGENCE - repairs that were unknown at the time of being reimbursed per the KW coilovers being damaged from being installed upside down, and requiring I put the car back to stock.

I'VE BEEN FORCED TO PAY SIGNIFICANT FUNDS C/O TUNING GRUPPE'S GROSS NEGLIGENCE! I HOPE THIS REVIEW SWAYS EVEN ONE PERSON FROM SPENDING ANY MONEY AT THIS SHOP - WITH LOTS OF GOOD SHOPS - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Tuning Gruppe was recommended to me as I was new to the area. I own 2 Audis and will trust Dave and his team to keep my cars safe and well maintained. I highly recommend them to give your car the love that it needs to stay vital and running.

Purchased a vehicle from David, and it was a complete wreck with stories and lies. Metal shavings in oil pan. Needed new motor. Stay far away! Lots of money and time wasted on my dream car.

Parker and the guys at Tuning Gruppe are second to none. They have Amazing customer service and do very clean work. Parker gave me multiple options to upgrade my engine as well as lower and change out the suspension in my Audi Allroad. It’s quick and rides perfect. I couldn’t be more happy. “Detail Dave” repaired and paint corrected bad overspray on the entire vehicle and got the paint to like new condition. The car looks and runs fantastic. I will be back for continued maintenance and gladly refer them to anyone.

I've taken my GTI there a couple of times. Everytime the work was completed on time and correctly.
When looking for aftermarket parts, they took their time to explain the different options and costs.

This place is awesome, brought my Golf R in to have 100k mile service done. Such professionalism, friendly and I felt like I was at home waiting!

I would like to review them but I cannot get a call back for service on my Audi. I've called and left messages but don't believe they've responded.
