Turn Style Consignment, Chandler AZ

2nd time I’ve been here with 35 items they took 1. I won’t be back I get pretty much a new wardrobe every year I get bored clothes were nice and in style. Good labels. Then they told me I couldn’t leave garments to be donated but then huh Salvation Army shows up at that moment to take rejected items. Not a great feeling in this store both times I’ve been in.: (

Great place to find gently used items. And home furnishings, we visit once a week as the consignment stock is always changing.

Went to sell at 6: 47pm. Rules say they stop selling at 7pm, wouldn't take my things, saying, " it's basically 7". Just not a good way to do business when you take the time to pack your things up.

Its a cool place and nice people, but the men's section is just hard to look through everyone is so cramped together.

It was ok, for my first time. Store was clean and organized but No-one offered to help (I was even on my knees trying to figure something out they had), nor did anyone greet. Some things were decently priced others you can get brand new elsewhere for same price. I guess it really helps if you sell here as opposed to just shop. Checkout girl was nice but still wasn't asked how everything went, etc. Prob won't be back.

Turn-style right now has a great sale going on - 75% off green tags. I found some great workout clothes and a shirt for work!

A gem of consignment store that has half clothes, half household very tastefully displayed, only minus I found was very little plus sizes.

Poorly organzied tacky plus sizes. I kept pulling size 2 (xs) in the plus size 2Xs. I left annoyed.

I work with an amazing entrprenuer and the clothing available at Turn Style is ever so convenient!
Everything from furniture, shoes, clothing, and jewelery is always the place too go when your on the run, oh and let's not forget a lovely designer bag to go with a whole entire wardrobe!

I visited the Chandler location today and had HORRIBLE customer service. Not only was the girl helping me ridiculously rude, but she wasn't at all helpful. She didn't say hello, thank you, good bye or even smile. She behaved in a way that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. When I returned to the consignment counter, she turned her back to me and said "your hangers are over there. " Didn't look at me. Didn't say "thank you. " Just was short and curt. I walked out of the store without her even saying "good bye" or "thank you". Needless to say, I WILL NOT be visiting any of the Turn Style locations in the future. I've worked with other stores who were much kinder and appreciative. Once I collect my final balance, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
