4ZERO stars. For the 2nd time in 24 months, this location has attempted to overcharge me for mileage NOT ACCRUED. I HIGHLY recommend you keep odometer readings as if not, they will attempt to gouge you out of money you don't owe. Strong thumbs DOWN.
Quick and easy! Would recommend anyone looking to rent to this location. Nic was great!
This is a convenient and clean facility, but that's where the positives end. Rented a trailer for this location and did our vehicle inspection. We asked what equipment we needed for our Tahoe and were told we were good to go.
The day before the rental we were told they didn't have any ONE WAY trailers and that we would need to drive to Chandler to get one. The day of the rental we got a call that the Chandler trailer didn't pass inspection and we would need to go to Black Canyon through the I-17 construction traffic to get it.
We arrived at the Black Canyon location and were told that we needed an adapter for the trailer and she couldn't let us leave without it. We said we'd buy one, but they don't even sell them. So we had to drive back down to Anthem and buy one at O'Reillys. $30 later we drove back through the traffic and got the trailer.
While the availability was not necessarily the Anthem UHauls fault, fsiling to tell us about the required adapter was. It set us back a full hour and cost a lot of extra gas to go up and down the hill.
Truck very clean! Not too happy about $1/mile after taxes though. That’s alot. Had to pay $11 not getting tank to quite 3/4. Tank must be bigger than my car’s. Someday gas stations might have something showing you the tank’s amount. Either that or everyone will have electric. Very nice truck the V8 chevy silverado! Looked brand new and drove/felt/looked great!
