8They don’t have any in East Mesa All the numbers you call they do not carry the trucks anymore.you have to go to Lindsay or Gilbert very inconvenient
The worst store Ive every been to. Very unprofessional. I came to get into my uboxes and when I opened my boxes things came falling out at me. When I asked the forklift driver about it, she gave me attitude and said I have no right to be mad that my things are broken. Then she claimed she didn't move the boxes there. The things in my boxes made it safely across this country and were not broken. Then when she moves my boxes thinhs are broken. I will never use uhaul again.
Thursday night you had a very DISRESPECTFUL rude lady employee working.she did not dress professional.she was just in general rude.so rude that that night I cleaned out my unit and I took my stuff to my small apartment.she didn't say anything to me.but the way she treated others really made me uncomfortable.word has got out.and why have you been closing half hour early? Bad business
David and his staff are great. I was well informed and taken care of while using the Uboxes during my move.
Very disappointed in this store. Came in today to pick up our 20' truck, which we reserved a week and a half ago for our move tomorrow, and they did not have one for us. How does this happen? Now we are driving to the other side of town to pick one up, hopefully they have one for us. Bad business, U-haul!

I recently ordered two U-boxes with self delivery/pick up from this location. I mostly dealt with David (location manager) and he made me feel confident in Uhaul every step of the way. They held my goods safe and sound for a month with no issues. They handled everything like it was their own. If we ever need storage solutions again, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
I visited this location on 7/26/2018 and Carlos was awesome! I have two small children and Carlos walked me through the process of selecting the best packing materials for our upcoming move. Carlos even went so far as to carrying the heavy boxes to my vehicle, and rearranged the seats so everything would fit! I highly recommend shopping here!
