Be alert, clerk never mentions anything about the deposit you're entitled to when you return the vehicle.

Booked ahead of time, but facility owners acted like it was inconvenient to help us in person. Then after 1/2 hr they refused service because boyfriend's name got flagged, only for us to call Uhaul's 1-800 number and find out it wasn't even him. Not impressed.

This U haul is the slowest ever, needs better management. Will never rent from this place again.
