5I was in need of a large moving truck to move my Business and This location had several on hand thank you for helping my move go smoothly
Sid was highly friendly and welcoming when we came in to get a 15 footer for an in-town move. Truck was ready on time and in good condition with properly inflated tires and a clean bed. The cab was a little sticky.
The truck itself drove like a whale, pulling to one side. The mirrors refused to stay put and the seat was as hard as a rock. However, I understand this was an older truck and it was only for a day, not a week. What really counted was that the engine and brakes were perfect. Feather touch brakes made the drive pleasant! The engine gave me plenty of power exactly when I needed it. I can put up with a whole lot of discomfort for the important parts. I got all my questions answered and the return was quick and easy. I will definitely use this particular U-Haul again.
EXPENSIVE…WAY MORE THAN THEY TRLL YOU IN THE BEGINNING! RIP OFF! Over charging is the name of their game. Do not go one minute too late and you get charged for an entire day!
Had a reservation for 3 weeks got the run around for the Last 4 days and now, my pick up day they tell me they don't have my tow dollie, I move tomorrow, get your act together u haul
This is the worst experience I have ever had with an authorized u haul dealer and their customer service. I walked in and they were helping another customer which is fine, but did not acknowledge that I was standing there, didn't look at me, continued the conversation of being in the military with the customer. I was never acknowledged as a customer of any sort. The worst part is I felt so discouraged as a woman walking into this place. I will not go back there nor tell a person to go to this location for anything. Having customer service skills is key when dealing with the public. This guy or guys had no service of any kind. I turned around and walked out.
