Overcharge for everything.we got charged a 150.00 for ashes.none of us smoke anything.so how were there ashes? Rip off.separate charges for a dolley.ridiculously petty.rude manager.makes threats to report trucks stolen if late at all.and does it off his personal cell phone.bad place to rent a uhaul

ZERO STARS! Ok. So Recap, Never had a storage unit. Been there 2 years! Then Covid backed my bills do to work, of course they did work with me on that. But my issue was my documents, they claimed to have enforced this rule they gave me, so when they auction units they are not able to sell my Identity to the buyer.duh that's hippa violation, well both my sons' and my birth certificate, and HIS SOCIAL are missing. My w2's along with my ex wife's court papers, and even my school transcripts all were disorganized in my file folder.well I've called the store, no response, I've called corporate, they just left emails to the store mgr, and still no response. Now if my son's identity and or mine are used, which they better think twice, this uhual location is to blame. I have consulted a lawyer.and she did claim that I do have a strong case.

Good stock of boxes and packing products. Very helpful to get purchases out to my car (bought a case of small and medium sized boxes)

I've never seen a better GM than Halberto. He has changed my life by hiring me and getting me started on a career path that I couldn't start myself. He helped me learn so many different things that helped me become the person I am today. Anything from learning how to be the best employee I could be, to learning how to live and cope with my daily life, seeking more opportunities and learning how to improve myself and others around me, I feel like I've started a new life because of him. I could never repay him for the help he's given to any of us, but I hope he gets the best of luck he deserves. Thanks Hal.

Very helpful and friendly! They helped me find the right ball mount and ball, put them together for me, and fixed a wiring harness issue on my car. Now we are all set to tow again! In and out in 15 minutes, and I didn't even have an appointment. Much appreciated!

Keep your proposal until transaction is completed. I had a very bad experience with UHAUL at AUTOMALL.they showed me a proposal of $230 which I did not take with me and the final bill it was well over $300. I would never consider using UHAUL at AUTOMALL again

Pick up was at 8am.it is Now 9am and still no truck because someone locked the keys inside.do better.

Online part was trash, go in to get a uhaul. Took them 30min to verify and they took it off the allotted time we paid for. Otherwise, clean uhaul, friendly service

Worst customer service ever! Gave me two appointments for a hitch Install. Both times I showed up to be told they didn't have the hitch. Cancelled order.

Awesome service! Everyone stayed busy and helped each other. If one person had even a moment of downtime available they jumped over to the next station and helped out their colleague. There was almost a line out the door but I also didn't stand in it for a very long. As soon as I walked out the door there was an associate ready with my rental and any questions I had. When I returned the rental, someone came out aside and immediately with direction. The vehicle had cold AC and ran very smooth

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with the moving company in my life I would not recommend. Cashier is extremely rude and full of attitude. Not very knowledgeable on products available. Just avoid this place and DONT waste your time.
