Staff is so kind and helpful. I have had several units over the years and they have always helped me to get the best deal for my money. They actually remember there customers. My work schedule often has me accessing my storage at night and I feel very safe on the property. It has secure access and is very well kept. I highly recommend.

Tom and Sonya, managers, are customer service professionals. I actually look forward to going to my storage unit, because I know Tom will be out and about on his cart checking in to see if all's okay. It's always a pleasure to catch up with him and I appreciate his help with re-organizing my unit whenever needed. Highly recommend.

I am a Return Renter of U-Storage and I am very impressed with Sanya Foster & Tom McNabb. My unit was available & paperwork done with 20 minutes. Tom was already at the unit with door open ready for me to move in. This storage property is the BEST 24hr storage facility. The staff is the friendliest and most efficient with billing questions or replacing locks. They go over and above & beyond and treat the renters like family. Security is a plus for me when I have to get my work samples early morning or return later in evening. The Restrooms are the cleanest r and most cheerful than any storage facility that I have ever rented at! I give this place a 10+

First time storage unit renter, and wow was the set up super painless! Sanya was very sweet over email and offered a great rate for a unit I was interested in. Tom was so helpful with showing my bf and I around and explaining more of their services, including the payment options. Very accommodating and helpful staff. I needed a larger unit, but none were available. They found me two smaller units that came to the same size that we’re side by side and gave me the same price as one. Clean and well maintained facility with continuous security.
