Was just in yesterday. There was a line with a few people in front of me, but I was impressed how quickly they worked and I wasn't in there too long. Ali was incredibly helpful and professional. You can tell he really knows his stuff. And he called to follow up not long after I got home! Great people, great service. I highly recommend this location.

Having never been to an Asurian location before, I had lots of questions which Chelsea F.answered with patience and professionalism. No cost to me as it was a Samsung Warranty issue on my Galaxy S20+ phone. Dropped it off when they opened at Noon and had it back at 5pm when they closed. Phone is working well so staying hopeful I will not have any further issues.

I was having problems with my Samsung Galaxy fold 3; the middle part of my screen was starting to show wear and tear. I didn't have insurance but did have the Samsung one year warranty, and well, thankfully, they had Samsung certified screen, but I also believe they replaced the hinge and the battery. My fold feels new and has all the plastic to peel off. I was skeptical at first because of how difficult a repair of this phone can be, but they sure prove me wrong. I recommend this place.skillful technicians.

I was very happy with their service! I haven’t been able to charge my phone for months and I’ve taken into tmobile multiple times only for them to tell me I need a new phone. Steven at asurion fixed my issue within minutes. Thank you guys definitely recommend coming here.

I’ve never had a more hopeless and frustrating customer service experience in my life. Long story short— expect consistently long wait times, unclear explanations, absolutely no common sense, then poorly done jobs and/or they do the wrong thing. Here’s the full story:

I thoroughly explained that I needed the back camera lens on my iPhone repaired, as well as the back camera itself. When the part came in, I dropped my phone off. 4 hours later, I’m notified it’s ready. They put a new lens on but there was a ton of dust and specks under the lens… so they didn’t clean it thoroughly. The camera actually worked WORSE than when I dropped it off. And I had paid half upfront ($120) and they needed the other half of payment. And if they were to remove the lens and clean it like how they were supposed to, I had to either leave it overnight OR come back the next day. Beyond ridiculous.

Additionally, after 30 mins of trying to clarify whether or not they replaced the camera as I had asked, the answer was no. They told me that would be ANOTHER $200 and they don’t have the part AND it’s out of stock so they’re not sure when they could do it.

The manager tried to offer to finally replace the camera when the part becomes available but my trust is already completely lost. I will never step foot back in their store again. Don’t waste your time or patience here.

Their aftermarket parts are garbage. They Do not hold up. Very expensive for cheap aftermarket Taiwan parts. Also, they push this assurion warranty on you and are extremely misleading. They get a percentage for signing people up and basically tell the customer what they want to here. After finding out I had to wait 60 days for a claim on day 62 I find out basically nothing is covered it’s a very grey area on what gets fixed and why. Dishonest people selling snake oil warranties just to make a commission. Would highly recommend taking your products down the street to (quick Mobile repair Phoenix)

This place is great! My phone was so cracked glass would fall out if i held my phone wrong. These guys fixed it within 2 hours of drop off and it’s gorgeous. Both Mikes were super nice and helpful. Thanks again guys!

I went here today because they are the only repair center that was contracted with Samsung, and I needed to process a warranty. I found it a bit odd that Samsungs warranties are handled by their insurance company, but hoped they would be fair. My Sunsung Flip had developed a crack and some pixelation in the screen along where it folds. I never dropped the phone or damaged it in any way. They said there were scuffs on the phone, which meant I had dropped it and they wouldn't honor the warranty but they were happy to process an INSURANCE CLAIM. I'm sure, insurance company, that you would love to process that insurance claim. I left and took the phone to TMobile. They took my screen protector off and the crack was gone (I am dumb and didn't even consider it.) And said, "that's a dead pixel. " And then processed the warranty no problem. Said scuffs could be caused by keys in the pocket. No evidence of a drop. Dead pixels just happen and are covered under warranty. Said to never take my phone to Asurion again. Long story short, do not trust an insurance provider to fairly process a warranty cla. They will do what they can, like most insurance company, to avoid paying out. Shady practice by Samsung to make them the only available repair center

Avoid this place! I brought in an ipod for a battery. They replaced the battery and ruined the screen. Battery didn't work, so it wasn't the problem? They didn't further investigate. Screen was replaced, free of charge, and replaced horribly. It isn't flush, you can push down on it in spots. They could try to fix it. But would mess up the screen again. Very incompetent people. Extremely disappointed.

Jamel (Tech) was incredibly RUDE! Claimed he could not fix my phone. When I picked it up, they gave it back to me with about 10 different apps open that were not open when I dropped it off. Fanduel app, etc etc. Mostly apps that have to do with finances on my phone. When I asked him about it, he became very defensive saying he did not open any of the apps and in the middle of me still asking him he stormed off cussing about how he's not dealing with people like me. They closed my claim as unfixabke but then said oh if you wanna reopen a new one we can fix it real quick. After I already waited an hour and was told it couldn't be fixed. Total waste of time and never got my phone fixed. Have had Asurion techs come out to my home and fix my phone several times in a very very timely, professional manor. First and last time I will EVER step foot in an ubreakifix location. Would not recommend.

Worthless. It took 2 days to take a look at my computer to tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong, but they’ll be happy to sell me a tune up. I had an appointment at 10am, showed up at 10 and had to wait in line for the other 6 people who had 10am appointments. No calls, no updates, no repairs, no nothing. How does a place like this stay in business.

Was able to drop off my damaged unit with the store the part was unavailable in shop at the time, but Jamel M was fast and efficient at getting the needed parts and getting it repaired and back to me! Was not expecting to be able to get it back so fast!

Absolutely amazing service today. Jamel M.was so helpful and patient. Customer service was the best I've had in a long time anywhere. Very informative and seriously an amazing personality. He literally saved me from having to replace my entire phone. Couldn't be happier.

Never again will I use this place again! Dropped off my phone unbroken then went to pick it up! Picked it up BROKEN! Now I have to pay for a new phone because the insurance doesn't cover the back portion of the 21+ Plus.

You don't realize how important your phone is to you until you have to leave it to get repaired.
The staff was pleasant and direct with what needed to be done.

Brought my iPad in at noon on a Saturday to have screen replaced and was told it would be ready on Monday. Never got a call. Went in on Wednesday and it took them a good 30 mins to even find my machine. Then they couldn’t get the receipt correct. Someone else’s name then no prices. Screen is fixed but edges of touch screen no longer work. Sub par across the board. This company keeps staff numbers low to save money even when steadily busy. Greed much?

I brought my Pixel 3a XL for repair. It would not take a charge anymore, despite trying multiple chargers and cables. Jamel explained what options I had for repair. I gave my approval and then Jamel said he'd check one more thing first. He examined the charging port and was able to fix the connectivity issue after a few minutes without taking the phone apart. We tested it and my phone was charging flawlessly. No charge and super supportive and helpful. Thank you Jamel!

I brought a laptop in for repair, they were going to replace the screen housing but couldn't find the part, but they were able to repair it instead. Really friendly, helpful and they completed it in the timeframe they quoted. I signed up for their tech protection plan and I will use them for all of my home tech repairs in the future.

Notification sounds kept dinging every 2-3 minutes for no reason. I contacted Samsung who had me manually silence every app connected to my phone. Exhausting, but didn't stop the problem. I took my phone here & the issue was solved in less than 3 minutes. I absolutely recommend this store. Great service with knowledgeable people.

I dropped off my phone at 12PM when I was notified my part had come in. I was told it would be ready at 5: 30PM that day and if it was ready earlier I would be called. I went to pick it up shortly after the opened the next day and was told it was still sitting on a shelf waiting on a technician. Nobody bothered to call the number I provided to let me know there was a delay so I wasted a trip there. Then I was told it would be worked on next. 3PM came and still no call so I called and spoke with the technician who said it was difficult but she would get back to work on it next (why wasn't it still being worked on?). I finally get a call at 5PM that it is ready. The quality of work is not great as I can see that it looks different than the other lenses. I wasn't offered any discount, apology, etc when I picked it up. I will never use this place again. $210 and all they did was a poor job replacing the tiny lens cover on one of my camera lenses. Complete rip off and no customer service.
