Needed the glass on my Samsung and this is who the phone insurance recommended. They were fast and friendly and my phone looks as good as new. What more could you ask for.

I took my phone in for a screen fix, not under warranty, so we paid full price on a S22ultra, not cheap! They cracked the back, they replaced, I did not notice until later it was not a Samsung replacement, this phone is expensive, still paying on it so I was not happy. I was contacted by the company (Jessica, I think) she took care of this for me and assured they have a contract with samsung so not sure why I did not get a genuine replacement. The store ordered one in and replaced my back with an original Samsung part.

I assume the manager of the store was not very happy about it, not once did he come out to talk to me to apologize for the issue, in fact when an employee went back to talk to him about when it would come in he was not pleasant. My assumption is they were caught in a scam of trying to replace non licensed parts with knock offs. This phone is over $1000, I have had it less than a year and if I'm paying full price for a fix they better fix they're break with original parts! The front desk guy that helped me was very pleasant though!

Yahoo! I’m all charged up! Yep, got a new battery for my iPhone and I’m hoping it’ll last another eight years! It took a while to have it put in. I’m just happy that my phone accepted the new battery, I was told that some do not. Isaiah was very helpful, and I think I will have a new charging port put in soon.i’ll be back…….

Everyone had they're good moments but not all, I went to have my ps4 checked out and they declined to look at cause it had roach smell and the didn't want to get other peoples equipment infested. I do understand that but just to decline, don't they have licensed technicians that specialize in this kind of work? , I think they're just pickie of the people they help.like the day I went in there was a lady asking for info about her phone and didn't away she was turned down and sent out of the store.when techmonkeys was around they specialized in getting the console cleaned up and fixed, even one time they had a very disgusting console and still took care of it. I think this"technicians" are just pickie of who they serve and who pays more.definitively don't recommend this place.unless you're privileged.

Very professional, courteous, and experienced. My wife had a cracked screen on her Pixel 6 pro. Assurion insurance took care of the repair. No complaints.

I don’t normally give a 5 star, but this fellow as deserving. I went in because my phone would not open, even thou it was on the charger all night. The fellow said he will have a look at it and disappeared. Two minutes later he was back with my phone opened. He said the phone is fine. He said the charge port was dirty so he cleaned it and phone was now charging. I was happy and asked what do I owe you. He said nothing it was no big deal. Thank you very much. I will go back there if needed and will recommend them to all my friends.

Mario was AWESOME! He fixed my phone in minutes! He deleted an app that was giving me problems and screwed up all my apps on my phone! 5 stars for UbreakitIfix it and 5 stars for Mario!

Took my iPad in because I have the asurion home plus and such a hassle. Since it’s newer Cody told me asurion wanted me to send my iPad to their technicians since ubreakifix didn’t have the screen and since it’s new iPad that they need to do this started Sunday. I called Monday verified my iPad was shipped come to find out Tuesday because I called asurion they never shipped my iPad yet and Dallas is barely gonna drop it off. Then instead of overnight shipping I was told it’s 3 bs days and a 10 be day to repair don’t get asurion home or come here

Do not get the asurion home plus brought my iPad to repair asurion won’t let them repair it cause it’s a newer iPad then after 10 plus days get it back screen is repaired but frame is still bent asurion is just a crooked insurance company like all the rest

Dont take your electronics here. This establishment has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Took a phone and had it fixed there. Afterwards was having a problem with the device and the representatives were very rude. This wasn't the first time I have dealt with rude customer service from this establishment. If the owner is reading this I highly suggest you have a talk with your employees I left there ready to fight, I don't take disrespect like that lightly. One of these times a customer isn't going to walk away and your going to have a way bigger problem then just a bad review. I will also be contacting asurion to inform them of the kinda companies they are contracting to fix their insured devices.

Great place. Seriously, if it's broke these guys can fix it. I'm so happy, and they did it fast.

Takes awhile if parts are not in stock but they fixed my trashed screen and phone works great. Very good price too

Rocky is the nicest customer service representative my granddaughter and I encountered.very pleasant and the price is really reasonable
