Love honest people. After explaining the situation with my phone, Trey said he didn't know if it was fixable but would check it out. He didn't charge me for looking at it. I've used this company in the past and won't hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

So far we've had 2 phones fixed & they go far beyond the expectations. Always so friendly! They keep us updated & the phones look brand new. They even transferred my daughters stickers.

I had Asurion replace my iPad Pro screen (at a reasonable price) and they went above & beyond to ensure I was back to having a fully functioning iPad again. I had to bring my iPad back a couple times because it kept acting finicky. In the end, they decided to swap out my iPad for another one at no additional charge! Great customer service and I would highly recommend them!

Went in having trouble charging phone from the charging port. Techs cleaned and tested for battery charge. Great service!

After less than satisfactory customer service from other Ubreakifix locations, I made the trip to the Lake Pleasant location. Trey was the tech that repaired my phone, Trey is straight up and very helpful. He is an asset to your business, hang on to that guy.

Asurion never let's me down, always fixed my tech as fast as possible and the teams are always very knowledgeable and cool.

Tre was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to catch a flight so I could not give him enough time to fix my computer even though he could given time. He still did not charge me. Will definitely find a local Asurion to finish the job.

I had gone to a couple of locations and I was told that I needed to send my phone in to Samsung for a repair. I was referred to this location and I was extremely happy they were able to fix my phone! The tech was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you!
