Ulta Beauty, Phoenix AZ

Ignore all the 1 stars because a lot of them are not the store or employees fault. I had a girl there help me pick out a perfume. Which I’m VERY picky about my scents. She maybe showed me 10-15 perfumes she thought I’d like. All with a smile on her face. We couldn’t find one and when I went in again asking if there were other options she suggested a new one and it was perfect! The security doesn’t follow you he’s actually really nice and held to door open on my way in and out. I’ve been coming here since the store opened.

My wife and I walked in to buy some facial lotions. Then I noticed that 3 Karen's walked in the store with no face mask. Front staff told them they need a face mask. They stated they don't need one because of a medical issues. Total B. S. So one Karen left the store while the other two Karen's decided to walk around the store with no mask. Store staff did nothing about it. The store and the two Karens total disregard to public health was disgusting. No social distancing, people walking around with no face masks among a pandemic is ridiculous. We will never shop there again and discourage any family and friends from visiting that store again.

Ok everyone if you like discount items you have to go to the back store wall they have 2 racks off discount items I found face cream that is was $56.00 for $22.00 and other things it was great!

If the goal is to push the customers out of the store they are doing a good job. As soon as you walk in you’re followed by security. I came in with my family to find eye lashes. I didn’t feel comfortable moving from the different brand kiosk to look at the eyelashes. Literally a man following and starring you down as you shop. My husband was ready to hand him his credit card so we could shop in peace. Can’t you all get security camera and a security desk like a normal store? It’s a makeup store not a jail house.

Update- I returned to the store a month ago and had a completely different experience! The security stayed at the front of the store watching the door. My family and I were able to shop in peace. Also, the great staff pointed me to some awesome discounted products. Very happy with how the store was operating and look forward to our next visit.

I luv this Ulta Beauty location as I've always seemed to have a great shopping experience. Went there today & the sweet lady named Felicia I believe who was also the cashier was also there to answer my question about a new product I wanted to try for my eyebrows. Thanks again for the advice!

Came in the afternoon on 5/20 and found what I needed the store is pretty well stocked and clean but the girl at the register with the ponytail and blue nails could definitely use some customer service training especially if I’m spending hundreds of dollars in this store. I can’t wait for Christown Sephora to reopen the employee s there are much nicer.

What's not to love? They didn't have a few brands I went in there to check out as far as makeup goes but that's ok not all Ulta locations carry everything.will be back of course

Called Ulta Beauty in regards to my recent order. After waiting for about 25-30 mins, I was then connected to an inexperienced representative. She began to advise me she is not able to do anything since the order was delivered.this is after telling her that I was informed by the delivery service company called OnTrac that the package has not been delivered because the package was damaged.

Being that she clearly was not listening to what I was saying, I requested to speak to a supervisor. Spent another 30 mins on the phone just to be placed on hold, taken off hold and put back on hold several times with nothing but "dead-air" except once when I mentioned that there is an unreasonable amount of dead-air.

I have been an Ulta Beauty shopper for quite awhile now and with this disappointing experience, I do not plan on spending any more of my money or time with a company that does not value their customers.

I'm so happy this Ulta opened up by me. It used to be my go to store for cosmetics until I moved too far away from one.

Love this place! Apparently this location recently opened, and the customer service couldn't be better! There is a fine line between being overly pushy and knowing exactly what a customer wants, and I have to say I came in right after the store open for the day and the loss prevention gentleman that was Manning the front door knew exactly what to bring me when he saw me browsing, and apparently I either looked confused, lost or in need of some inspiration, and the fact that came from a very manly security guard actually gave me a chuckle. I have not been inside of an Ulta in years because frankly their products are outside of my budget, but I found a reason to purchase something from the clearance section because I genuinely did not want to leave the store empty-handed after I had gotten such attentive service from the associates.

Terrible service is not wheelchair accessible! They'll start helping you and then go help someone else and leave you hanging
