Ulta Beauty reviews
18 Good selection but workers didnt seem to know much about their products.
I'll give it another chance after Christmas
Hand sanitizing stations, barriers at checkout, friendly staff, wide selection of products.
This review is for the salon service provided by Peter. I made an appointment for the Scalp Treatment and Olaplex Repair & Protect Hair Treatment services and both were great! Peter was friendly and efficient, and the treatment was so worth it! I have coarse hair that has a high degree of heat damage, so the treatment worked well. The service didn't include a blow out but Peter did a rough dry and made sure my hair was at least 90% dry.
I had my husband go in to buy my some things. I wanted some face masks and he asked where they were and the woman refused to show him and kept showing him face washes. I have acne so I asked him to ask the employees what face wash they would recommend since they’re refusing to show him any other skin care. She then said “your skins fine you don’t need anything” to my husband who’s shopping for his wife? Nice one.he was planning on buying me a new Perfume and some shampoo/conditioner but because he was treated so low and was getting ignored he didn’t feel comfortable to buy anything else.
Nice selection of product. Unfortunately supply chain issues are affecting everyone. There was a little bit of a wait to checkout, but not bad. It was hard to find someone to answer a question. There weren't many associates on the floor. I found two, but they were busy with other customers. Still is was a good visit.
Great customer service. The rep talked to me and figured out exactly what I was looking for and was able to recommend various products to pick from.
Went in for mascara and end up finding olaPlex for my damaged hair because I bleach it so much and I needed a deep conditioner to revise my hair
Sara at this location was great with my shopping experience, she noticed I need a basket and gave me advice on what products to buy for my skin type, this store is thee best the other staff were helpful as well!
I went in earlier looking for some leave in conditioner for my hair and I was helped by Xam. She was AMAZING. I am a frequent shopper there and have never had a bad experience. Today was no different and Xam was patient and helpful and very knowledgeable.
Love this store, just wish it carried more! Often I cant find new release makeup because they didnt get it in or got very few
Average store with mainline merchandise. Nothing special. The employees act like they know what they are doing but when I asked a simple question about eye makeup remover, it took a couple of them to even find the product and then they just flat up made up stuff about the product. I got a kick out of it. Do research on your own on products you are interested in before going to Ulta. The sales person are just that - whatever to make a sale. Based on my research, the Earth Therapeutics foot repair cream is VERY good - $10 - I bought it and my feet feel great and hydrated - help heal cracking. Recommend this product.
The staff has a very good harrassment policy and definitely a non existent customer service skills.they were so rude, literally didn't do anything but give me dirty looks and I needed help and they didn't help me except they helped me to want to leave! I used to love to take a shopping trip to ulta and spending money on makeup I don't need but not now idk if I'll go back they were just that rude to me.
It's good. No one really helps you like they did in the one in R. I. On the one hand it's peaceful and you don't feel pressured, on the other hand. Goodluck finding anyone to help you.
They Didn't have What I Wanted Because The Product Is Sold At Sephora. She recommended something they have in store and it works well.
Ulta is great - wide range of brands and product. Knowledgeable staff - one stop makeup shop, you really don't need to make another trip, it's all here. Even set me up with hair products
My best friend and I went shopping today, because she had a giftcard she wanted to use. The giftcard she had had a pin code that she had to scratch on the back, and my friend accidentally scratched half a number off or two and we couldn’t make it out so the cashier, Erina scratched off every single number and we couldn’t make it out at allllll and she proceeded to make it our problem and did not offer any real assistance and brushed to the side, and had a stand offish smug attitude the whole time and had us “move to the side so I can help these customers” and didn’t try to fix HER mistake or help us at all. After calling the giftcard assistance line and being on hold forever and not getting any real assistance, we got help from another person who worked named Alex who was very fast and very kind. We understand the extra precaution, but all of this could have been avoided and we could have had a faster more effortless trip with better assistance and better employees. Can’t say for sure if we’ll be back.
Usually I never leave reviews, but this time I am. I went to get some lotion, not sure what kind, so I just wanted to look around a little. I was looking at a lotion that was on the bottom shelf, and an associate came behind me fast and stood there like if I was going to steal something. She then proceeded to circle me, and then 2 more associates were trying to push me to put my stuff in a basket. I only had a couple of items, then even when I got in line they were still trying to have me put my things in a basket. I feel like maybe because I Didn't look like the Ulta girl, and didn't have my makeup and hair completely done and sweats on that I was being judged. The only good thing was the cashier. That really disappoints me because I love their stuff. SO SAD!
Love this place I just wish it could be bigger because I love shopping here I get great deals and I love my ulta rewards card! There was a gentleman who helped me find a really great cover-up that matched my skin. He's really really really good at matching people's skin tone. And recommending perfect products.
