Ulta Beauty reviews
14The worst ulta in Tucson. Wouldn’t do separate transactions for 21 days. Only 2 per customer?
The one star is for taking an appointment on the spot, but once I got there, I realized throughout the salon appointment why there was plenty of availability on a Saturday evening.
First and last treatment I'll have done at Ulta.
And the review is simply due to the fact not a single person working, between entry or exit, asked how the treatment went. I would have taken the opportunity to tell them then were that not the case.
Way expensive, and staff gave conflicting information about recommendations. They even have makeup falsely claiming to be cruelty free, which is disturbing to say the least.
I have been here several times and have had great experiences. We keep coming back because of Michael. A couple of weeks ago he helped my daughter with Clinique makeup. Today he matched me perfectly with Lancôme products. He’s amazing!
Probably a great place if you don't want help. Could hear employees giggling in the backroom, had one stylist make eye contact and run off and a woman who looked to be a manager thanked me for my visit as I walked out after walking around hair products looking for help for ten minutes.
Come here with my lady every now and then, she walks put with everything she came looking for everytime
I’m not sure if this is the location I was at but the Ulta beauty salon I went to was near JC Penney and World Market I’m was in Tucson for a week and needed a root touch up with just pulling some of the darker color through my hair minimally. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $167. I’ve used Ulta many times before in other states if I was traveling and they have been very affordable! I ended up finding a wonderful salon nearby called Gloss salon and was only charged $65, It was wonderful quaint affordable place.
Went to pick up something for a Female friend. They were super helpful and very nice considering I'm just a dumb guy that don't know nothing about beauty products. I do know beautiful though.
This is the spot! Anything you need! Get it while it's hot or it will be gone. Great one stop shopping
RETURNS IMPOSSIBLE UNLESS YOURE A LOYALTY REWARDS MEMBER? !
Lying to my face and bullying!
Gave my information, it wasn’t coming up and I said skip it… the associate, asked for a friend or family members info instead… I said, I’ll sort it out next time I’m in and was told “Okay, but if you need to make a return for any reason, it will be Impossible, unless you give information for the Loyalty Rewards” When I asked “Receipts don’t work for that anymore? ” She said “you can try”.
Just ridiculous, can I get what I need, pay, and be on my way, without the games?
Cashier was not very friendly and staff seemed unhappy not sure if it was cuz it was slow or management issues but staff was not happy at all
I love Ulta but the Oracle location is never comfortable. They are more concerned and pay more attention to possible shop lifters then to people who are spending money. Either you are followed around by them because they think you are a shoplifter (when you do have a question they never really have an answer) or they ignore you because they are after a shop lifter.
Its a problem I understand but I have a completely different experience when I go to the Ulta off 22nd and Harrison.
I never feel welcome when I go in this location and I’ve been in there probably 5 times in the past 3 years since it’s the closest to my house. Every time I have to go in it’s either for spending a gift card I have received or even shopping for a gift, I just feel judged by all the workers. It’s better to shop online then to go in.
