Rich doesn't call you to communicate at all. He has my boat for 8 months and still didn't fix it. I paid him in full for a service he didn't complete. I was very patient and gave him more than ample time. I spent 4k dollars for something I had to have a different shop finish. He's a nice guy but definitely not up front about everything. I had to bring my boat back twice and both times he didn't even touch it. Even though he said he was going to take it out snd test it. Very disappointing. Hopefully the next person has a better experience.
