Billing Nightmare! They bill you to whomever the attending doctor is, even though you never see that doctor. Then you get a surprise bill from your insurance showing that doctor is "Out of Network". My $10 co-pay visit ends up costing hundreds of dollars and endless time fighting with both Banner and BCBS. Banner is so unhelpful over the phone. Never going back after this fiasco.

The MA’s used to to actually listen and talk to you with respect. Now they automatically have an attitude and are very rude. That’s on top of not actually listening or even attempting to understand what you’re telling them. Been coming here for years. Now me AND my family members are treated like imbeciles. Lol. Probably not returning. Awful staff.

There are only residents at this location, expect continuous turn over; don't expect your doctor to stay more than 3 years. Your insurance is still charged full price for a less experienced physician. And, watch your billing because Banner overcharges for everything. I checked in 20 minutes early and am still waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time. Just checked with staff and was told my doctor is running an hour behind, which nobody bothered to inform me. Obviously, our time has no value. Done with Banner.

If you're looking for information that your Dr has issued, no one knows and no one will call back. I've been waiting for over a week and still no response after more than 5 calls and empty promises about someone calling back before end of day. I left banner YEARS ago and thinking I should have left it that way! Crazy part is, even as rude as the staff was in green valley, they would at least call you back when they said they would!

EDIT: I changed doctors at this location with the hopes my treatment would be better. It was not. Multiple repeats of the same type of bloodwork because the doctor wanted to justify never approving an MRI. Misc.testing my insurance wouldn't even approve. Countless hoops to jump through simply because the doctor would not test me for an existing condition citing: "the MRI I took previously was too old to get current treatment". (yes, while refusing a new one.) Comments about my 'hygiene' were made on more than one occasion. Baseless stuff like not shaving my legs or having a fresh haircut or wearing baggy clothes (chronic pain, duh). So, not actually "hygiene". The doctor further used a combination of my weight and unshaved legs to inaccurately suggest depression was the cause of my symptoms over the diagnosis he refused MRIs for.

I just really, really don't recommend seeking care here. This is one of Banner's multiple training locations where new doctors get to practice medicine after recently graduating school. Which is fine, they have to learn some where. HOWEVER, my experience with the doctor they are training under, is that he values the self esteem of his trainees over the treatment outcome of the patients they see.

Original: Ibrahim is a child pretending to be a doctor. Worse than that he does not understand consent as it relates to treatment. Thankfully he is not the person I normally see at this clinic. I had the misfortune of needing a sick visit outside of my regular check ups. The visit with Ibrahim lasted at least an hour while he painfully went over every prescription in my chart to let me know whether or not he felt I needed it. Attempts at redirecting the conversation, to the fact that I was just there for my stomach, were met with statements like, "I just want to provide a whole body approach to your care". Even when I stated, "Ok, thank you, I will discuss that with my regular doctor, " he did not relent. He attempted to discuss literally everything he could see in my chart. Worse than that he was ridiculously distracted by some marks on my body that he insisted were bruises. I even showed him a bruise I happened to have on my arm to compare, but his response was to bring in another doctor to try to convince me that they were bruises. For whatever reason, he was adamant that these "bruises" were incredibly serious and needed immediate attention. LOL. I don't know where this guy gets off thinking he can force people to receive 'care' they don't want or need, or how he can possibly imagine himself to be more capable than literally any of the other doctors there, but I left the visit just wishing I had went to the ER instead. I still vomited every bite I ate for at least four more days, but hey, at least I got a 'whole body' approach to my care!
