Great service and clean nail salon. I always see Nick and he takes his time to make sure my nails are perfect. I’ve had other nail technicians as well and they are all very nice and do great work. Their website also allows you to book an appointment which is always so convenient!

I love this place, I’ve been coming here since they opened and they always do such a good job. I won’t go anywhere else.

Love this place. They are meticulous and do wonderful work. Kevin is phenomenal and always leave my nails amazing. I’m really particular with all my crazy styles and he does an amazing job at always leaving my nails better than expected.

For my wife: drooped in without an appt and they accommodated me. They did just want I wanted without any upsell. I will go back.

Everyone at Ume Nails is so nice. I just love Tran. Anytime She's done my hands or feet she's quick professional and so sweet I would definitely refer them. Great price, beautiful salon and amazing staff!

Love this place. It just opened up by my house and they are all so nice and the environment is very peaceful.

This was our (hubby and I) first time at Ume for a mani/pedi and we absolutely loved it! I have gone to another nail salon in the area and had a negative experience but Ume was great! I highly recommend “Nick” who was my technician, he really paid attention to the details and it was so relaxing! My hubby had Nick’s mom (I apologize we didn’t get her name) and my husband loved it! They didn’t pressure us to upgrade services or mani art. The salon is spotless and they use sterilized tools. We are definitely permanent customers now! Thank you Ume!

I have been getting my nails done by Kevin since I moved here. Kevin does a beautiful job. It looks like all of the workers do a really nice job.

This was my first time at the salon, and the service was fabulous! The people working there were extremely nice and the chairs are amazing!

Place was clean and I enjoyed the atmosphere. We were walk-ins & they were able to fit us in. Tran was my girl & she was great! She did a great job on my pedi and I asked her for a creative look for My natural length Gel manicure for a Bridal shoot - I asked for Diamonds & she took care of me. I recommend this place.

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted and treated immediately! It’s a new nail spa, so it’s really clean and pretty inside. Sally did my gel manicure and pedicure. I really enjoyed my pedi & massage. I’ll be back again.

GO TO Q NAILS INSTEAD BETTER QUALITY AND CHEAPER PRICES! Will not be coming back here (update will not be going back my mom got a full set fill one nail broke a day later went back to get it fixed there was over 5 ppl there with same issue (broken nail) and they asked all them to come back another day looking through the reviews they treat you messed up if you're a person of color). I've been there twice its convenient location however I have a issue with one of the female nail techs the second time I went I got my parents manicure and pedicure the lady gave my dad citrus pedicure and was done before my mom's full set was complete this is tier 3 price range so she should have took her time she didn't put clear polish on until the last minute (after my mom got upset and said why didn't you put a top coat) it's like because he was a guy she wasnt trying to up sell him to offer other things and I tipped her a five which is more than 30 percent but she didn't deserve it my dad is ex military and he's on his feet I wanted to treat him and she wanted to rush to get to other customers now I'll be back but I'll make sure not to get her we are paying full price so please take your time and treat every customer equally as a black person I know that some people can be prejudice and treat others unfair when they think there not getting a tip (tip or no tip you should take pride in your job and do your best) (and we came before the rush it was right when they opened) first of all who are you to respond to me like that I didn't say which day my mom went in SO IM SURE ITS ABSURD WHEN YOU READ WHAT YOU WANTED TOO! And like I said YOUR BUSINESS doesnt treat black people or military respectfully if you want to continue doing business in buckeye learn how to talk to people!

Love Nik, he is very fast, understanding, and does an amazing job on shaping acrylics and doing designs! Did a pedicure and he also did an amazing job! Pretty pricey but not too pricey compared to others but it is definitely worth it!

DO NOT COME HERE! THE OWNER IS RUDE AND ARGUMENTIVE AND THE SERVICES ARE OVER PRICED thought it would be nice having a nail salon place just up the street but they over charge you and rush you read the responses see how the owner reacts to people when they have issues

My daughter told me about your response to her review you're wrong I can't believe a business owner talks to ppl that way. Porche's review was truthful no fact check needed. My daughter choose the nail service and paid for it and tipped so yes she has a right to comment just like I did and his pedicure was a citrus pedicure and she finished under 30 mins and then did a horrible job trimming his nails for manicure uneven. My husband is not confrontational so he did not speak up but he didn't care for the service. You don't know me or my family so to say my husband or I seemed happy with the service is a stretch. I was nice to Josh because he's working a job and has a horrible manager/owner. The whole time he was repairing my nail you where micro managing him and breathing down his neck. So! Why would I get mad at the nail tech.also you the owner said that Josh was off you couldn't fix my nail you told me to come back the next day I got my nails done Saturday it broke Sunday he was not there this was Labor Day weekend and you guys where open. When I had to go on Monday the fourth to get it fixed and there was multiple ppl with broken nail issues. I don't have to lie I have naturally strong nails and they have been ruined since service I received. I haven't been back to your establishment since all that occured. You are the one lying I seen josh a total of 2 times so stop! And I've been to your business a total of 3 times trust me never again!
