Under Armour Factory House, Glendale AZ

Worst customer service ever in this location, cashiers and managers should have better attitude with customers, No work ethics whatsoever.

This used to be my go to store, however since they’ve moved and renovated their store…they no longer sell childrens clothing or shoes which was my main reason to drive so far out of my way to shop there.
Now that they no longer sell children's clothing and shoes I will not shop there any more.
I prefer to see the products I purchase in person rather than order on line.
Very disappointing store for me now.

Great selection of golf shorts for men. Limited for women though. Miss their women's golf polos.

Solid UA Outlet. Enjoyed the time in there. Decent selection of times from shoes to apparel. Overall meets standard of brand and can get stuff for family members of all ages.

Typically I only rate restaurants, but I have to give this store 5 stars because of how amazing their customer service is. I was asked by 3 different team members if I was doing OK or needed help. They informed me in detail of the current promotion and were just overall very friendly. You don't get that at every store, so it was super refreshing. Thank you!

They still have winter clothes out and need to put more capris for sale. They give healthcare workers a discount. Clean store.

Don't have size needed. Sales people didn't bother help looking for size in back. To many Sales people standing around doing nothing

Not a very big store little bit of most items but not a lot of selection. Good prices on a lot of itmes.

Some awesome sales they are even helping first responders by giving an additional 40% off right now go while it last!

Good clothing experience. More people out and bout. Need to c more out enjoying themselves. Be safe out there everybody.

The shirt are very smooth and comfortable. The store was very clean and organized. Items were well stock and even have a shoe section. Great place to shop. I highly recommend this place!

I love Under Armour! Their products are always amazing! The service is great, always helpful in locating specific items, assisting in finding something specific to you, and always the prices are reasonable, but they always have a promotion to make the prices AMAZING!

I bought a pair of work boots from a uniform store and within a month the shoes fell apart and had to be replaced. This is the second pair of under armour boots that I have had become unwearable within a couple of months.

Plenty of sales people on the floor. Maybe too much. We had someone approach us minute or so asking if we needed help. They hovered over us so much. Kinda made us feel like they thought were going to shoplift from them.

They had Ok sales but hard to find clothes in the size we needed. They had a table filled with Tshirt but we had to ask an associate to check back stock on every single item we looked at.

They were very apologetic and always offered to look in line when they returned empty handed.

The check out line was pretty quick. All our items were tagged so ringing us up was no problem.

All in all.people are back to work and service came with a smile. Well at least I thought they were all smiling under their masks.
