Undisputed Green Valley Gym Jiu Jitsu - Boxing - Kickboxing - Fitness

Great gym for all ages. The classes will get all the energy out of the kids. It also teaches them the skills with lots of repetition and patience to help the younger ones understand. Very impressed the coaching staff and the group of students as a whole. They teach the kids to be kind and teach one another even if they are brand new. It was very warm and welcoming as well as competitive. The kids got awards even when not moving up in color in belts which was very rewarding. This place is awesome! Highly recommend!

Was intown for 6 weeks, they allowed me to train with there team which i am thankful. Very clean organized environment, I was impressed by the level of detail that was taught and the conditioning students had. There were always big crowds all levels of experience so i always got a well rounded night of rolling. I would recommend to anyone you will feel right at home.

Undisputed South is an fantastic place to train - super welcoming coaches and a great facility (which is getting even more of an upgrade soon). I've trained a lot of places and this is one of the nicest and friendliest. I highly recommend checking the gym out and training with Matt whether you're just starting out or a more experienced BJJ practitioner!

I could not say enough good things about this gym, if you are hesitant to try Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, or their fitness classes, don't be. Matt is an exceptional coach who knows how to work with beginners and people who have been in the sport for years. All coaches I worked with at Undisputed were awesome, friendly, and truly card about teaching you the right way. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone and everyone.

I am so happy I found this gym. Matt the owner is super welcoming as are the other coaches. They work with all skill levels and the other people that go here are friendly and dedicated. This is a place to get a great workout, build confidence, and have some fun (if you're like me and think getting in some good work is fun). First class is complimentary so come try it out.

I was visiting green valley from out of town and gave Undisputed a call. Matt returned my call almost right away and was really welcoming and friendly. The gym was clean and the instructor Pedro was friendly and skilled. I will definitely be back next time I am in the area.

Coach Keith has really worked with my daughter to build her confidence. He is patient and consistent. I am so grateful that Coach Matt y Coach Keith provide a safe place for kids to grow both mentally and physically.
