This isn't a review. I have a question. I have some dewalt flex batteries that won't charge and two power tools that don't work anymore. Are you guys also a dewalt warranty service location?

Horrible customer service! I wont spend a cent at this place. An advice to the manager, invest in a good customer service course for your guys at the front desk
