ALL I NEED TO DO IS CANCEL SERVICE BECAUSE OF SALE OF HOME. NO NEED FOR NEW SERVICE. 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES WAITING. NO LOCAL ADDRESS TO GO TO. WHAT A MESS.

For the last two months we have not received email notifications for our five utility bills each month. We used to receive them just fine. Unisource said they are looking into it. Well, we still have to go to their website and look to see if we have received our billing. Funny thing is that when we pay our Unisource bill online, we get email confirmation that the bill was paid. I wish they would figure out what the problem is.

Worst company ever. Last year during the worst time of the pandemic. My husband lost his job. We fell a little behind. I called thought they would care about the community they serve. VERY VERY wrong. They would not work with us. Very disappointed

Absolutely horrible company. They just come whenever they want. I work 60+ hours a week and didn’t have time to get my name on the billing cycle and they turned the Electric off at 5am this morning, I have paid every bill on time never once asked them about the ridiculous range in my electric bill, things haven’t changed I run the same amount of stuff everyday and my bill could be 125$ or it could be 255$ doesn’t make any sense.

Wish I could give them a 0 star review. A tree is in the easement about to touch THEIR transformer, potentially starting a fire which could then potentially burn my house down and I get threatened and told the tree is my problem and "do not call again or you will be charged because this is homeowner maintenance negligence. " This is a shame this company treats their clients this way.
