I’m an 82-year-old Right Leg Above Knee Amputee. I drive with hand controls purchased from and installed in Chandler, AZ
My primary contact is John Mezydlo, Mobility Specialist along with Scott, your GM - Blake, your Service Mgr. – and Allen, Mobility Specialist. Your Techs and Office Support people have been extremely helpful also. Everyone understands what good service and empathy and concern for the customers needs is all about and they went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been in sales for over 65 years and I know sales and customer service people love awards. If you have an “Office of The Year” Award, I whole-heartedly nominate The Phoenix offices, Scottsdale & Chandler, as the hands-down WINNER!

Teamwork and response time fabulous! Super cooperative and communication between Brit, John, Linda, Cliff in various different locations was flawless and pleasant. It resulted in Blake coming on site and fixing the valet seat which was stuck sticking out of the van. We are super impressed and will recommend United Access highly.
United Access provided great customer service as well as an outstanding vehicle conversion. I’ve been extremely happy with my 2020 Toyota Sienna BraunAbility conversion. Top marks to everyone I worked with at their Chandler location: Alan, Scott and John.
