1 IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PET INSURANCE, FIND SOMETHING ELSE.
My family and I have been members with United Pet Care for quite a long time, first with my old dog who passed away at 19 and now with my current pets at 7,7, & 8.
That said, UPC has turned into one of the least helpful services I've ever used. I have to constantly contact them for updated insurance cards. The first time I had to do so was in 2021 when they responded they only do digital copies because they were having "issues with the postal service", but offered a printed one if I insisted on it. Never arrived. I had to send two more emails before I finally received it weeks later.
Fast forward to 2023. Nothing. Neither a new physical membership card nor a digital one. The customer service is selective with their responses. Still no digital copy of the insurance card. I'll be actively looking for a new service after this latest episode.
