They delivered my $170 cologne to someone elses mail box and i ended up with another person's package. I did the right thing and went to the persons house and gave them their package but now im out $170 thanks to the usps who doesn't know how to do their job.

Something was blocking the mailbox, so they walked up the driveway and delivered it to the door!

I visit this post office frequently for business and I absolutely the staff. They are all so friendly and professional. I appreciate it much.

Staff was patient and explained all the options I had available to me for shipping valuable items. They found me the best option at the lowest price. Best USPS I have been to.

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever had at a post office. Two elderly ladies, one was apparently the supervisor. I mail my packages EVERY WEEK in the SAME envelopes, at buckeye and Estrella locations. Whether I pay in store or PREPAY online- and have never ever been given any headache over it. This store front REFUSED to mail my packages. Will be calling corporate. Even if I couldn’t mail them there, their attitudes and treatment was unacceptable. ESPECIALLY since I was holding 5 packages AND a baby. Not one of them offered an envelope they thought was acceptable. I’m honestly appalled. It truly feels it was based purely on the fact that I am a young mom with tattoos. I will make sure everyone I know, knows how the customer service here is.

For 5 years i have called and complained about the mail carrier not delivering my mail to my mail box when it comes under my maiden name. If the last name my mail comes under isn't Lopez or Chavez it gets sent back to the senders. The carrier should put the mail in my box of it's to my address. Sometimes my sister comes to stay with us and not all my children are from my current husband so they have my maiden last name. The carrier does NOT know our household situation and should not have ANY decision making as to what gets delivered nor to whom it gets delivered to at MY HOUSE. For example i have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my high school transcripts to get delivered and upon contacting my high school i found out the carrier decided that she did not need to deliver my mail as my last name was not Chavez on it, it was Lefty. Never in all my life have I EVER had so many problems with mail carriers having so much power control trips as i have had from this postal office. I could understand if it was a p.o. Box in the office but it's not. It's a mail box cluster in a residential neighborhood in. It's very hard to get someone to answer the phone for this postal office and when i got lucky and talked to managers the problem still goes unresolved. 5 years later and still get the same anxiety and headache from the same carrier when anything is mailed to my home with my Lefty last name.

Staff is pretty friendly.but 3 stars for closing at 4: 30 pm. If the USPS is hurting for money so bad.why don't they stay open longer like everywhere else? I can't ever mail things during the week because I want a receipt for shipping and they are closed before I start work and closed when I'm off work. Really inconvenient. I use other shipping couriers now for this reason.

Dumbass clerk told me to go to the wrong place to pick up a package. Wasted an hour running all over the city because of her.

I have my box #1888 since 2010. I have not had any problem with employees. The staff in this post office are awesome to me.

Best usps in the valley other places are either rude to their customers and that's why the line is so long but this location bangs it out quick

Called and spoke with Kelly regarding some held mail not delivered, she said she'd talk to my carrier in the morning (I called late in day) and call me. I explained there was one item in it I was concerned about. Just a few minutes later she called back and reported all my mail was there and coming out in morning. My mail was all in my box, except the item I was most concerned about, that item was delivered to my door! That is service!

Out of all the post offices near Glendale I choose to drive to litchield because the staff is very friendly, it's very clean and organized, and they set up a person during their peak hours to mitigate the heavy traffic of people shopping items out. One employee actually took the time to help me repackage an item after letting me know I had made a mistake. Very helpful!
