I clearly should have read the reviews of this place before going. The passport employees were slow, unprofessional, and rude. We arrived right at our appointment time and signed in. It was fairly busy so we understood we would need to wait. About 35 minutes later, a horridly rude woman calls my name and proceeds to say that she had called me multiple times before and that I was not there, which was demonstrably untrue. Instead of calling me over to speak, she called out to me across the room and told me that she *might* have time to do one of my daughters (the appointment was for two). I just walked out - avoid this terrible place if you can.

I made an appointment here six weeks ago. I brought my drivers license, birth certificate, and social security card. I showed up twenty minutes early to my appointment. There were no other customers in the post office. The gentleman at the counter, Bob, would not submit my passport paperwork because I had gained weight since my drivers license photo. He said he couldn’t tell it was me. I waited six weeks for this appointment to be told they won't submit my paperwork because I'm fat.
Do not ever go here. I filed a formal complaint against this post office. Even though I work nearby here, I will never use this post office again. I will take my business elsewhere, even if it means driving far out of my way, to be treated decently.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is a lady who works there who absolutely hates her job or something. Went to ship a Christmas gift and she asked me for a QR code and then looked at me like I was stupid for not having one. Then instead of asking me the address I would like it shipped to she made me write it on the box, then rolled her eyes and told me I wrote it in the wrong spot and I would have to leave, get a new box, and come back. She said “I don’t know what you’re not understanding, you’re making it difficult. “ she was nasty and rude and not helpful at all. She needs to be reprimanded

I waited over an hr to get a label printed. They are overworked and understaffed. Doing the best they can during this time of year.

I had a great experience here. I came in as a walk in on a Saturday morning right at opening time for a passport They said no walk ins today because we are full and staff called out. I went back on a Wednesday, and same thing. The poor lady working there was the only person there, other staff had called out like weeks in a row. She couldn't get me in. I came back the next day after work, and it was around 5: 30. She had remembered that I had tried to get in numerous times, and said she would try to squeeze me in before she closed that night. It all worked out, and she was super helpful and informative about the whole process. I think her name was Teddi. Thanks so much for yoyr help and your kindness!

Horrible experience, I waited outside at 7: 30 in the morning so I can be the first in line to renew my passport. I am 20 years old and this is my first time doing anything like this as an adult without my parents. While waiting for the passport section to open their was paper work I had to fill for my passport but there was no pen whatsoever so I just grabbed the paper I needed and waiting till open to get a pen. When they finally opened at 10 the lady immediately asked to see my paper no good morning no hello no smile. I told her there was no pen. She turned this frame that h filled out before they can attend you which I find extremely unfair since no where does it say outside of the place I had to fill out before until the doors opened I had to go in the back of the line just because I didn’t have it filled out I waited 2 and a half hours waiting for them to open just for them to send me in the back of the line. Right when I got my Thea filled and applied I requested for expedite to come in faster I applied for it on the 4/27/2022 today is 7/17/2022 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSPORT it’s supposed to only take 5-7 weeks the lady that works at the passport area that’s tall and a big lady needs to be fired rude and HORRIBLE customer service very bad experience for my first time

We brought our four kids to get passports this morning and it was fantastic. We got there at about 9: 45 and were first in line for walk ins. We had Teddi helping us and she was so kind and friendly. The process was so smooth. We made sure to have everything filled out and copies made before we got there. We were in and out in 45 minutes.

I had the address wrong on important paperwork and the lady caught it and saved my bacon! Much appreciated! Wish I remembered her name.

Horrible customer service with passports. I've been turned away 4 times in a row. Coming during business hours. Returning when told. Employees call out sick. Today it was "personal problems", yet the 1 Employee working was quick to send me away and no attempt to take my filled in completed paperwork. Bottom of the barrel help here.

Clean environment and spacious parking and friendly and knowledgeable postal representatives with excellent customer service.

All 4 passport employees have been calling out all week and yet no one from a different post office is being brought over here? Ridiculous! If you weren't union, you'd be canned! This is why I hate unions!

They barely never have stamps.they’ll just have 3 to 5 of the stamp designs but they never carry the ones that are on the website so I always have to drive to the one post office in University and Lindsay Road and they carry all the stamps

Teddi was the best made my day so enjoyable with her freindly service and she explained everything in detail for me, also got a refund from filing at fedex!

This post office is out of the way for me. I live nowhere near it but I do work fairly close by.

If I know that I will be in a rush, and need to get through a line quickly, this is my first spot to go to.
The service is much faster than Tempe. It’s also more friendly than they are in Tempe/ Phoenix. It’s very clean btw.

I have had no issues here, and I will intentionally go out of my way to go here; if I know I don’t have time to stand in line or deal with a rude cashier.

So rediculous. Noon on a Thursday and they stopped taking walk ins. What are we even paying these people for. Now I have to drive 7 miles to the next post office and hope they're open too. Horrible. No wonder they want to get rid of USPS. Pathetic.

Customer service training badly needed. The one guy working the desk this morning was impatient, rude, demeaning and insulting. I asked for a little help with my Passport application and he launched into a tirade of insults. Typical of our current Government Administration.
