United States Postal Service reviews
11This so called USPS postal station continually loses packages. Should get zero stars. Close this shack.
So unprofessional, lost our package there for 3 Days! And after arguing back and forth and dealing with how rude this person could be, he found it and instead of an apology he made a ridiculous excuse why he misplaced our package, which to him just might be another package, but to us it was something very important that we couldn't deliver on time because of his negligence. This individual acts like he is doing everyone a favor being there. So frustrating, customers deserve at least some respect.
This isn’t a U S postal service location. It’s a Franchise substation. Note the lack of a U S flag in front of the building, which is for sale. No problem with this location. Have to drive 10 miles to real post office in Oro Valley to pick up mail held when out of town. Hate to see this closelocation close.
Wow, I've never been treated this rudely by any postal worker in my life!
I went to the Catalina PO today to mail a package that was returned to me for additional postage. You would have thought that I walked into Bashas without a mask based on this guy's behavior (although I was wearing a mask!). And to be told that I could never mail a package from home by him (which is NOT correct) and to berate me for doing so in front of three or four people in line goes WAY beyond professional. To quote Section 665 of the Postal Service Standards, specifically,
Section 665.16 Behavior and Personal Habits:
Employees are expected to conduct themselves during and outside of working hours in a manner that reflects favorably upon the Postal Service. Although it is not the policy of the Postal Service to interfere with the private lives of employees, it does require that postal employees be honest, reliable, trustworthy, courteous, and of good character and reputation.
Poor character and a bad reflection on the postal service. Next time, I'll drive to Oro Valley for my mail services. I would I given them 0 stars but the lowest rating is 1 star.
Steve was so on the ball following up with a package that was marked as “Available for Pickup” during my stay at Sierra Tuscon! Since this is a rehab facility, I was unable to leave to pick it up myself and he made sure it reached its final destination. Thank you for following up with my case file from the corporate number, Steve!
The postman here was not helpful and bordered on being rude. I have not been receiving all of my mail and he acted like I was making it up for something to do. Why would I take the time to go there if I had been receiving it? Plus when you mail a package from here it takes forever. Don't waste your money on sending it priority as it took 2 weeks for it to arrive. Go to a real post office for mailing and problems. This guy acts like he is too busy to be bothered. Not good customer service.
This is a great little sub office. Not often is there a line. Employees are friendly and helpful. A warning, It's full of Elders without MASK!
I love this post office! Even when there's a line it moves quickly and that's usually only around the big holidays. Super friendly and knowledgeable service.
Ok satellite post office. Tight parking lot but they have the usual supplies and a sort of friendly clerk.
Lived here just two months & mailed packages twice. Two different clerks were very friendly, efficient. Building is nondescript (did not see the usual American flag) so missed it the first time. Oracle speed is such you need to pay attention to traffic. My only complaint is the lack of asst mailing boxes, envelopes. Only sell Priority Mail boxes.
Contract office, not full post office. Can’t give receipts for packages with pre-paid labels.
