I had a unique need relative to mail delivery at my address. Akeem the Postal Associate at the Buckeye AZ Post Office went out of his way to manage it for me. Every time that I have visited this post office, they have given excellent service.

They are so amazing and they really care about your stuff! A guy named Akeem was able to help me out after I explained my situation he helped me getting me my mail!
He needs a raise! I’ve never been happier!

The Buckeye post office rocks! I am a new Buckeye resident and I needed to check on missing mail, as I had not received any mail in the 2 weeks I've lived in my new home. I called on Friday and spoke with Melissa. Melissa researched the issue and found out why I wasn't receiving mail and explained the reason to me. It all made perfect sense. Melissa also found my mail and made sure I'd be receiving it on Saturday. I did indeed receive it and in person. The carrier hand delivered it to me. I am very appreciative of top notch efforts of both Melissa and the carrier. Job well done!

Akeem was very helpful, contacted them about a missing package and they got back with me in less than 48hrs. To those who left bad reviews they are working on improving their customer service experience. I must say that akeem provided 10/10 customer service which is hard to find these days.

I would like to say "Thank You" to Akeem the Buckeye Post Office Computer Operator, and The Postal Delivery person, for their steadfast and swift assistance, in locating and delivering an important package of mine. They went above and beyond to correct a serious mistake, made by an on-line company, in putting the incorrect address on the package they sent to me. Anytime I've had issues with my mail delivery, the Buckeye Post Office, has responded swiftly, and resolved the issue immediately. Hands Down, we have one of the best Post Offices. Buckeye Post Office, you guys ROCK! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR US!

I accidentally put the wrong address, my neighbors address, and after my neighbor didn’t want to just bring me my packages, saying they’d rather wait for the carrier, the people here went out of their way to see that i get my packages!

Akeem & Nick helped me find a package I was freaking out about. They went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Turns out the letter was at my house the whole time but they worked with me and were so patient. Thank you soooo much! Because of how diligently they took care of my issue I feel so welcomed in my new neighborhood and doing business with them.couldn’t thank you enough

Buckeye USPS did such a fantastic job troubleshooting the destination of my package that was out for delivery. So much so that I even got to speak with the mail carrier, John, while he was on his route and he was kind enough to return to the current and updated address to complete the delivery! Huge thank you to the representative - I feel bad, I didn’t catch his name, and a huge thank you to John!

Been here twice. It is clean and well maintained. The wait was quick both times here. The first time Melissa helped me. She is very thorough and took her time with me. I never felt rushed. She was awesome. Today I had Elvia and she was so sweet. Very friendly, polite, helpful and has great customer service. This post office is better than the ones I went to in California.

The bright spot of this location is Akeem. Today was my second trip this week to this location in search of packages that were marked as delivered but MIA. He went out of his way to the mailbox with me to find it was in the wrong box. Some of the items inside are sensitive to the heat, so it's greatly appreciated that he went through that effort to solve my issue in minutes versus the couple of days originally told.

I love the person who took my call “Akeem Oguntade” he took time of his own to sort of a old package of mine and worked hard to find it and hand delivered it himself to me with care! Thank you so much again

These are some of the nicest people with a very difficult job. I was surprised to see such a low rating for them. Packages and mail are almost always delivered on time with little incident. I greatly appreciate their great support!

The staff is always friendly and helpful, they also work to get you in and out of there as fast as they can

The manager Akeem really went out of his way to help us with a forward on our package. We appreciated his quick help and effort.
