7Postal carrier in our area incompetent. Delivered photo flat two streets over, even tho label clearly marked our address. Person who delivered it to us said it wasn't in her mailbox, but it was on ground in her yard. Also, I had put out a card to a grandson in Washington, it was delivered 6 houses down on our street!
No one answers the phone. Hold mail to have already resumed. Mail was supposed to be delivered.
Worse service ever, i sent a certified overnight delivery and took 11 days to get to phoenix, stick to FEDEX ONLY
Mrs. P, at the Passport Office your incompetence is remarkable and reflects bad on the rest of your coworkers, which are giving the extra mile.

The three ladies at the Post Office completed tasks quickly, friendly and without issues. Yes. Folks wanted passports and left vital info in their cars, but even THEY were treated well and fit back in line! Great job!
I just received a notice that said there’s no access to delivery location which is a complete lie so the delivery driver is lazy and does not want to come into my RV lot. It’s simple as that there is an office there is a bench for deliveries and every lot has its lot number marked so the delivery driver for holiday desert. RV lot is a liar get down.
