22After my hold was off they couldn't find some mail a few wks, a supervisor had to go to that office to find it. She was AWESOME!
I just want to say that i have ALWAYS had the best experience with my post office in Goodyear on Estrella! And today Yvette & my mail carrier David went above and beyond for me! Support our USPS! They are need us and we need them!
I am confused with their system.
If I send more than five letters to different address it comes back as a bulk.
How is a bulk if it goes to several different addresses all stamped.
May be there is something I need to learn about their system.
Customer service is going down hill.
Sometimes on the tracking follow up it says delivered but it stays two to three days before it is delivered to my address.
What is going on?
Are people not paid to serve the public?
Got a notification my package was delivered but was never delivered! I tried multiple times to speak with someone but the machine is horrible and takes me in circles with all these useless messages
Worst customer service I’ve ever received, stuck up and rude employees. Don’t recommend going there.
Received 1 piece of junk mail at my apartment 2 weeks ago. Have not received anything since. Have VA paperwork, IRS paperwork, and a couple checks that are all MIA that were sent out 3 weeks ago and counting. Either my mail arrives within the next week or the USPSIG will be getting a phone call and a letter from a JAG.
I had a package that says it was delivered on Friday, July 3rd however it was NOT put in the correct mailbox. My mailman TOLD ME that he put it in the wrong mailbox and my package still has not been found. Now someone has a FREE package that I paid for and I have went to the post office a numerous amount of times and they REFUSE to change the status on my package that THEY misplaced or take accountability at all.
The postal worker that works my neighborhood has given my packages to other people in my neighborhood, never to be seen again. I believe that’s a felony.should be for both parts. I miss our previous guy who was so friendly and amazing at his job. Why this location keeps losing quality people until we end up with thieves I don’t know ️
The officials do not respect the first amendment or their own written policy. They are cowards and bullies.
The officers here are in serious need of training on the first amendment and public photography. Some tyrants that abuse their authority and bring shame to the Department. Officer M. Miller and Mrs Miller are a disgrace. What happened to the "Serve and protect "? I
Frustrating to not have my packages. I thought the post office was suppose to deliver packages but for some reason two of my orders ended up in some parcel locker. Adding more to the level of aggravation is calling and getting an automated system that took way more time than it should have until I finally got in a Que waiting 30-45 minutes for a callback.: (
Usps should be FIRED from there location. Fire postmaster. Get real people to work here not these negative IQ people. Trespass people from post office isn't allowed by law. Close this one down now. Post master to jail NOW. Not 1st admendment auditos

Ordered a priority shipment due to be delivered on Saturday, Nothing arrived. Sunday they are closed, monday was a holiday. Thankfully it wasn't too essential of an item. But if it was a car part, or live insects to keep my reptiles alive its a much more serious situation. Atleast the person running deliveries got to take an early weekend.
0 for 3 on my first three packages delivered to new house. Tracking says package delivered, but is no where to be found. Camera proves they are neither delivered nor stolen.
They cannot get their act together! Today I got a notification from eBay that a package was delivered. I went to my mailbox, my package was not in there, but my neighbors mail was! This is the third time in two weeks I have gotten somebody else’s mail and not my own! It’s the 17th time in five months. Why can’t they hire drivers who know how to read? !? !
On my first trip here I was attended to by a grumpy, negative, female senior citizen. But.the usps blunder with my missed delivery was rectified immediately and was handled very nicely after the manger was called to assist. Suffice to say, initially negative experiences here can be turned around.
Wonderful experience! Everyone was very polite and helpful! Steve in the passport department was excellent! Great customer service! He made my day!
Related to passports: Walked in today with my family of 4. We had just gotten our passport pictures completed and asked the guy if we could obtain our passports at that location. He said yes and took me in a back room. Then proceeded to tell me I needed to make an appointment, I said well we would like to get them done before the price goes up on Monday. He had no idea the price was going up then spoke with someone and tried to dissuade my concern assuring me the passport price was not going up, only the processing fee per passport. Umm considering that is $40 extra I have to pay I don’t really care where you are tacking on the extra fee, regardless I have to pay it! And then told me I would need pictures, birth certificates, and both parents present for the children’s passports. Yes! We are here ready to obtain the passport, we have all that! No one else was getting a passport. But ok, I’ll go home and make an appointment so I can come back with all that.
If I could give this place a 0, I would. This is the fourth time I've had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my address on a weekend that I either, did not receive until the weekday, or they say they've delivered but they actually didn't! If they did deliver it-like they said-is it possible they put the locker key in the wrong mailbox? ! I can see this happening once, but repeatedly is insanity. I wish that I was exaggerating, but I'm not-literally the fourth time. Ridiculous!
What's even worse is these reviews are probably pointless. Who even checks this stuff? It'll probably continue to happen.
