I've been a customer for a couple of years now. Bought my son a bmx for xmas there. Had a few flats replaced. Also had some board work done. Amazing people and incredible experience.

Took my bike in for a tune up and sprocket change.they were respectful and went above and beyond to getting my bike to it’s top performance.

Unity knows their bikes. Been to alot of other stores that think their to good to talk with customers or maybe their just scared. Anyway Unity is the best when it comes to knowledge and customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for what I believe is going on three years. Randy, the owner/operator has been nothing but the best when it comes to customer service and public relations. There's so many examples i can give from personal experience, so I'll simply state that i have never, not even once, ever had a bad visit at the shop, whether to buy parts, or i needed to fix something on my bike, it's always a good, positive environment.

Awesome service and fast. They installed a heavy duty and for an extra $5, saved me the pain of installing the tube myself!

I was having a very difficult time finding a shop willing to replace my Nephew's e-scooter tires while I was out of State. Unity ride shop not only installed the two tubeless tires I had previously purchased, but replaced them quickly at a very reasonable price. They were super helpful, honest and waaaaay cool when I called on the phone too. My Mother went into the shop to pick up the scooter and also commented on how awesome and friendly the staff treated her. Love this place!

Amazed at all of the selection or BMX skateboard skateboards and more. My son's bike was in dire need of repair prepare I know nothing about BMX parts the staff was patient friendly and knowledgeable and spent the time to explain how to install all the parts on his bike. I was able to get parts from my son's bike the same day and cheaper than Amazon.

Best little ride shop in town! They have what you're looking for and the service is great too! Awsome crew of people.

Had my bike stolen, and they were super helpful with getting me on a new bike. And the store points system is awesome, ended up getting all kinds of bonus goodies for my bike with store credits, like tires, heavy duty tubes, lights, and a bottle holder.and a free water lol.

TOTALLY awesome. They're like the best kept secret in all of Phoenix! Walked in blown away by the high end bikes and seriously messed up over the excellent pricing and patience of the guys working! It was incredible! I instantly feLL In love with my new bike and Vinny who helped me made my experience all that much better! Super cool shop. Best purchase I've ever made! This is the BEST and I mean BEST SHOP! I have ever been in these guys are so helpful and will give the best advice. I have been to many shops but nothing like this one!? FORSURE THE BEST IN TOWN!
