Universal windows replaced all of the old single paned windows and my falling apart French doors with new vinyl windows and a slider. The work was done professionally and on time. The gentlemen that came out to install them were courteous and respectful of my home, me and my animals. I would highly recommend them

These are the worst windows I have ever had in my home! They were installed incorrectly and they had to pull all of the windows and reinstall! But wait there's more. Still waiting for a warranty window to be replaced, since February! Still more! Waiting for them to come back to look at a window that won't lock and is sagging in the middle. They don't return calls, and tell you to leave a message. Again no call back, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!

They recommended a blue tint to the windows and said that’s what most customers did, claimed it was very light. The tint is bright blue reflective and looks terrible. They said nothing they can so because it’s what we ordered.

I called for a quote and even before I finished explaining our project to the receptionist, she told us they were not interested and never call back and hung up. I was just explaining the project. What an unprofessional front desk response and poor customer service. No willingness to even help potential customer. Definitely not recommended. Don' t even bother call them.
