Huge Mahalo to Dr. Gonsalves and his entire team at University Orthopedic Specialists for my 2 new hips. I was in such pain and agony before my surgery but now it's a miracle! I can do so many things now. These hits don't lie. THANK YOU!

Had both my hips replaced by Dr. Jordan Smith. I grew an inch and I feel like a new man. Walk with no pain.

I will never recommend this place for anyone. I am a foster parent and was just placed with a baby who was a recent patient here. I was told I needed to bring in proper documentation before they could tell me after care for said child, which makes sense. I do so and after waiting 30 mins and told I need to make an appointment to bring the baby in and ask my questions. Called it an evaluation. All I need to know is proper aftercare for this poor child. I asked if it's in her file was told no.why wouldn't aftercare be documented in a patient file.then I asked for a phone appointment and was told that the Dr may not call me. I understand there are rules to follow however there are rules and choosing to be a jerk.the representative I was speaking to decided to end our conversation by making a rude remark saying this child was removed for a reason and shouldn't go back to its family.that in itself should have never happened and conversation should have never gotten to that point.they are rude and were 100% unhelpful if this child is not properly taken care of in this respect it's on your heads.in all my years never have I ever had such an issue with finding out after care for a child in my home.

One star for their godawful customer service. Receptionists are so unprofessional and rude, not to mention repeatedly lying about messages and scheduling. Going elsewhere until the office staff is replaced.

My experience with Dr. Jordan Smith was what everyone hopes for from medical professionals. He was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough addressing any questions, straightforward about what to expect, and he has an extremely efficient and considerate team. I felt prepared for what was ahead for my hip replacement surgery and recovery. Dr. Smith and his team are experts and all went smoothly, plus my recovery is progressing as expected. My procedure was at Oro Valley Hospital Outpatient Surgery and that group was also efficient, caring, professional, and experienced, making all go smoothly immediately following my procedure.

I would not recommend her unless you want her to tell you how you feel. I have seen her twice now and both times She was far more interested in the sound of her own voice than learning what was important to me. Her assuming approach and impatience was rude and completely unprofessional. Seemed to have her own agenda which did not include understanding my situation.

Dr. Jordan Smith is straightforward, skilled, proficient, extraordinary and a wizard in his field. My surgery went perfectly with no pain afterwards at all and my recovery was much faster than I expected. I have a wider range of motion than before, too! I have every confidence in him and his work. Do yourself a big favor and let Jordan Smith work his magic for you. I fully recommend him!

I saw PA Michelle Thomas today. Michelle and entire staff were so pleasant and welcoming and knowledgeable. This includes your receptionists.
How refreshing to have someone who really listens! And.answers questions.
I feel very confident in where I am going with my situation.

I had Dr. Nisbet evaluate a shoulder and he quickly diagnosed my problem. He injected my shoulder and 2 months later still no more pain. He is knowledgeable, explained clearly and was very courteous. A real great specialist.
