The employee was not listening and said “we don’t do it, we don’t do it” and hung up, Didn’t even let me talk. I was gonna tell him to give me another job, bad employee, bad service. Not sorry it’s true.
TERRIBLE! Called saying about an hour ETA. Waited 2+ hours just to call THEM and ask for an ETA and they said they’d give me a call back with one and never did. Called again 30 min later just for him to realize it was me again and hang up. Called again and the guy had the audacity to pretend they weren’t a car service and that I had the wrong number when I KNOW I didn’t because it was the same number I had been communicating with. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO RUDE!
