4Lead manager tried but couldn't check in my package. No problem. But she walked away mid sentence and told me to "come back tomorrow, my Ironman needs updating. " Ma'am, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and outside of Tony Stark, I didn't see an Iron Suit anywhere. Talk to us like people, we don't need to know corporate jargon. Really unpleasant and unprofessional. I'll pay a few dollars more for FedEx.
Tracking. Said. Package was delivered, went to pick it up showed my id. Women looked around said. Come check back tomorrow it's not here. I said no it here.she said it went back to u p s. It will be here tomorrow.very nasty. I told her she don't know what's she is talking about its is here. Reluctantly She gave in and gave me my package I use u p s Access points all the time never had a issue I will never use this stores access point again I will use. The u p s customer service counter in bullhead city I picked up many packages from UPS access points everybody was very professional always but not at the CVS
This was a very easy return. The cashier with the long finger nails was great to deal with.
The lady at the store said this was not a UPS drop off - said she did not know what that was. I would not go to this CVS and try to drop off a UPS package.
