The person behind the counter was very helpful. They even put a cover on the outside door handle so you don't burn your hand trying to go in the front entrance. Very thoughtful. It gets very hot here.

Didn't go in because they wouldn't let me pick up my package. I had to hunt down the delivery driver who never attempted to make contact with me. I was home 2 days in a row, yet he only left a note saying pick it up after 4. Yet they wouldn't let me.
I have been trying to reach a person to speak with but unless you have a tracking number you can’t get through. I received an text message that said failed delivery attempt and I needed to provide a credit card number to pay a rescheduling fee. I am just trying to verify that this is customary. If not please let the public know that you have a scam on your hands.

Great experience at UPS I was shocked when I didn't have to provide my own tape to close the box, which I did bring. (In the past i used another service who had me leave buy tape n return). The gift got there in 2 days in great condition.
Just because they taped my box for free and the guy at counter was very kind we will continue to use UPS. We send out items all the time to family all over the United States. Thank you UPS and counter guy for the wonderful experience
