UPS warehouse, Phoenix AZ

Normally i have had no problems but the last few times it literally just looks like incompetents. I ordered something last time that was sent back and fourth from goodyear to phoenix 6 times and was late by two weeks. Id understand items bing late if they where just not there or if it went out with the first run the following day. However that just looks like someone messing around. Now i ordered another item and it shiped on the 8th arrival was meant to be the 11th.the package sat in phoenix from the 8th to the 11th on that day it was sent to goodyear and back to phoenix so i presumed id get my package in the morning. It hadent left phoenix yet. Im not the type to complain normally but when i cant justify things in my own mind it makes me more angry. I work everyday to make aircraft parts i have tuff days where i cant get to everything but if something was ever sitting in my que for more than a week id be fired.

Tracking Says package is being delivered for two days now! And I stay all day home to make sure I don’t miss the ups guy just so it can tell me at the end of the day that delivery it’s being rescheduled AGAIN! One time ok but now it’s the 3rd time!

They were quick to help us and we were on our way with our shipment. You have to ring a bell and wait outside, but they took good care of us.

I never received a clear answer from UPS or my online seller as to why I had to come 20 miles out of my way to pick up my package here. The shipper stated they did not send the package with signature confirmation, yet UPS would not leave it at my house or at a LOCAL pick up point.

In the middle of a "truck stop", semis everywhere parked along the street, made it essentially a one lane road. Lady was very pleasant however.

If you're dropping off at this location it is odd you have to hit the intercom by the door there's no way to get in it's locked you have to wait for somebody to come out to get your package it is the weirdest drop off location I've ever been to for UPS

I work here (my bias!) ; however, I know that we strive to make the deadlines for customers, "will-call" and drop-off box available.

My package was supposed to be delivered within 5 business days and that did not happen. There are no procedures in place to expedite delayed deliveries. This warehouse should be an emergency stop point for delayed packages, but they are not even open on weekends to the public. And customer service at UPS is a joke - it has been outsourced and they have no service to offer.

Horrible drivers who have complete lack of concern for anyone around them. Be careful if you’re driving in this area… Enter at your own risk.

Never great that through a shipping error.one has to come down town to fetch the item. The staff are always great about getting the package and making it as seamless as possible.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 8/6/2018. It is now 8/29/2018. Tracking says it is in Phoenix and says they tried to deliver twice but business was closed.my HOUSE is not a business and the package is not something that needs to be signed for. This is the 2nd time I have had this problem with UPS the first time was with my debit card. I won't ever trust them to deliver anything timely and I won't ever use them to ship anything. Horrible customer service.

On Friday 13 of April at 5: 25pm I came home and wasn't able to put my car in the garage because a UPS driver had blocked my driveway completely with his truck.   The care was not running and was parked there for about 15 minutes.   There were space to park just in front of him and behind him that did not block my driveway but for some reason he didn't choose those.   I suggested he move his truck but he didn't.   He was very rude.   I warned him that blocking the driveway is illegal and that I would let UPS know about it.   He said he didn't care.   If there was an emergency, we wouldn't be able to leave our own garage.

I'm hoping this is the correct place.the "Phoenix UPS Carrier Facility". This place is consistently disorganized to the point that NONE of my packages are EVER delivered on time. Why on earth do my packages consistently just sit at your warehouse getting checked in multiple times over the course of a couple days? Freaking put it on a truck and deliver it!

This location is absolutely rediculous. 45 minutes to have the wrong package brought out. I spoke with a customer service rep after a missed delivery scheduled for end of day. End of day delivery is apparently some point near 2pm. Customer service stated the package would be available at will call after 730. Total wait was an hour. Pretty silly to me!

So close to Christmas and they delivered our package to someone else and all they say is call Amazon. Really!? ! Your company delivered the package, when the address is very noticeable and printed very clearly. This is ridiculous.

Very convenient to be able to have packages held here, and staff is very nice. Would be nice if they had a place for folks to stand inside while waiting, because it often takes 5/10 minutes to get your package, but they might consider that a security risk.
