Uptown Alley Surprise

We got to the restaurant at 7: 15 and were seated quickly. After about 10 mins of waiting at the table a guy came up and was about to give us food. I told him that we haven’t ordered yet and no one has even came by so we could order drinks. We sat at there for another 10 mins before I went up to the bar and said something. A waiter can by about 5 mins later and said he would send somebody over. We waited another 10 mins and no one came, so we left. We waited a total of 35 mins. It was totally ridiculous. I can’t believe it. That has never happened to me before.

The first and only time I've tried to bowl here my girlfriend called a day prior to set up a reservation they took all the information for the reservation yet having competent employees who never completed it. Would not recommend based off the incompetence and laziness of the employees

The lanes were lousy and we had to be moved to multiple lanes for multiple failures and observed other lanes rob other people of points as frequently as it shorted us points.

The kids had a great time. They said the food is good too. I only dropped them off and picked them up since they were there for a friend's party.

Unfortunately they don't enforce a mask policy, which is a disservice to the community. The slide area before the foul line needs to be waxed/oiled, as it was sticky.

Am here now. 2 servers, 1 bartender. Was seated at a dirty table, that got cleaned by the hostess that sat us, she left and that was it. 20 minutes watching the table dry and left after no attendance to us. Had to go in the bathroom to wash whatever sticky goo I got on my hand, and it was filthy. Place sure changed since I was here last, sorry to see.

Been here a few time socially and for work functions. My experience has been positive every time. I really enjoy the 21 and over area, it is less crowded and they usually have great music, plus there is a dance floor so you don't have to bowl to be entertained. The food has been good each time, last time I got a mixed greens salad with chicken, artichoke hearts and a vinaigrette, it was so delicious. The only negative is the prices, everything is extremely expensive, in my opinion. So if you are looking for an inexpensive date or family outing this is not the place for you because it is $34 an hour just for bowling, not including shoes, etc.

Went there for happy hour on a Monday & it wasn't packed. They have a good happy hour menu, it has drinks and food for $2-5. Then we decided to bowl & it was super cheap (especially with military discount) it was $4 for shoes plus a game, then each additional game was $2! Great time & prices, good service & the place is nice & clean.

A very nice bowling alley and laser tag facility. Reasonable pricing and fun atmosphere. It also always seems clean there too which is important.

My recent experience at Uptown was great, they had fun games for both kids and adults and to top it off they had a beautiful bowling hostess.

Fun. But watch out you might get charged twice so check your statement. I did tell the manager he said he would put it back to my account in a couple days. Well it never showed I called them back left messages but nothing go figure.

Good food, fun activities. There's an arcade room for kids to play and win prizes. You can win tickets and with your tickets you can get prizes. The more tickets you have, the better the prize you can get. There's a sports bar. They have laser tag as well. Also, bowling. Along with a separate private bowling room you can rent out for private parties. A good place to go with friends or family.

Bowling alley.bar.kids arcade. Great place to bowl with friends and the "adults only" lounge and lanes is a hit. Reasonably priced for everything. Food is a bit meh, like the starters, nachos, pizza, but it's good enough to not ruin the night. I'd recommend to friends and family.

Girl didnt act like she cared for us being there. When she said 5 ppl, i said 6. She gave us 6 pairs of shoes paid for 2 games and got shorted on the last one. When we asked her she says we only paid for 5 ppl. So do the math.

Great place for the family or even a date. Bowling, food, games, and laser tag all rolled up into one. Really a nice spot, and staff is friendly and helpful. Call the friends and family!

Great fun for hope family. Every time I go there it is great. Not sure about nights. I have only gone around lunch time

There's something for everyone here! Great for multigeneratioonal activity. We went for fun end to Mother's Day and everyone had a blast from 20 yr old to my 84 yr old mother. Would definitely go again.

The restaurant is nasty. Service sucks. Saw employees drinking on the job. Food was horrible. $15 for 2 flat beers from the tap. A fight broke out just outside of the doors with some hoodlums.

We went to Red Embers last night for a late dinner. There was no one at the hostess stand to seat us so we sat ourselves. It was not very busy at all but the waitress took so long to come over just to take our drink order that my husband went and ordered our drinks directly from the bar, while he was waiting for our drinks to finish being made the waitress came to our table, I gave her the kids drink orders and told her my husband was getting our drinks, she didn't look too happy to hear that. She brought the sodas for the kids and took our food order and then we waited 30 min or more and saw 3 tables around us that came in after us get there food before we did. We finally got our food and started to eat and then I noticed a hair in my Philly. We had to let another waitress know because ours was no where to be found. They did take my meal off the check but we will not be returning. The waitress never came to ask how things were, clear empty cups off The table or refill drinks. The service is horrible!

Easily the nicest bowling alley I've ever seen. There were plenty of things to do there for entertainment and food. My one complaint is that we waited for more than five minutes for an attendant to help us with getting an arcade card.
