I had a prescription of a heart medication for my dog. I CALLED EVERY pharmacy in kingman. It was hard to get because she is only 10 pounds. Most of the pharmacies told me it was discontinued or they could not order it. I had never used this pharmacy before because our insurance makes us go to Cvs (unfortunately!). The pharmacist was able to do a compound for me. He was so nice and did everything he could to help when I called. He took his time to research what he could do for me. The compound was so much cheaper then what the pills would be (6x less!). He ordered it and told me it would be in 72 hours later. I received a text saying it was ready in less then 48 hours! I was so happy and relieved to get her very important medicine! Now that she was prescribed another heart medication, this was my first stop. I had no problem filling this one either. This will be all my pets pharmacy! The staff were all very nice every time I have been in. I have had her first prescription filled 3 times now. I am very greatful to uptown drug. They have helped keep my baby alive.

I am a disabled person who requires oxygen to survive. Lugging large oxygen bottles everywhere severely limits my Life. I consulted the staff at this store to see if they had a solution. They recommended I purchase Zen O lite portable Oxygen machine. I did so in reliance on their special skill and knowledge. The equipment cost more than my entire monthly income. After less than an hour of use it was clear that the equipment was unsuitable for my condition. I tried to return it but was rebuffed by the store who refuse to refund my money. I would not use this establishment again.

Linda is the only one that has cared and helped me tremendously with getting me set up with a CPAP machine and regularly monitoring it. I highly recommend Uptown drug for your CPAP needs.

Went to trade in 2 bottles of oxygen, and was told We are only allowed 1 bottle per month. So I told them my wife is on oxygen too, so put the other bottle in her name. When I got home, I hooked her bottle up, and it is only half a bottle. Not sure why, but only one of us can leave the house at a time.

Took months.yes months.to get in touch with the home medical. Called and stopped in during business hours.aaaand nothing. Finally got in touch and she was completely rude. I will not set foot in this hole again. Don't waste your time or money!

Two area locations, if they don't have something in stock they will check their other stores. Prescription delivery is available for a fee. Knowledgeable staff, courteous service. Medical supplies including Oxygen tanks, refills, and equipment. They sell custom shoes and inserts, compression stockings, sleeves and so on. They have scooters and do scooter repair. They have durable medical equipment like walkers, canes and crutches, bedside commodes, etc. Walk in respiratory service and on site setup of equipment. This is a locally owned family drug store with great service covering a wide range of health care needs. MUCH better and faster than a chain store.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. They have a delivery service and I inquired about the status of delivery. I was told by Kristy that maybe next time I should think about coming in to pick it up. Nope next time I’ll use another pharmacy. I wish I could give zero stars

My prescriber accidentally sent a prescription to my mail order pharmacy. I called them to have it released and they gave me a phone number for the pharmacy to call. The pharmacy refused to try saying, "We've spent hours trying to call them and can't ever get a human. " Just out of curiosity I tried the number and had a human on the second ring.

Edit: The owner did call once and leave me a voicemail. I did not receive multiple calls, but I will be calling and possibly moving my business over if the call goes well.

I have used this pharmacy for 22 years.
The staff is helpful, friendly, and always in a great mood. They brighten my day. Every single time I visit.
The pharmacists are knowledgeable, accurate, and are your best friend when it comes to making sure your prescriptions match and will interact correctly. They pay strict attention to your allergies, so you can rest easy that every precaution has been taken to help you be the best, the healthiest you.
The owner is beyond kind words. I could never be thankful enough for everything he does and has done. Truly, words fail me. He's young, but has the soul and gift of being an old-time, old-fashioned pharmacist.

Not sure what is going on here. Was told 4 different times it would be ready. I even came a HR after and they still haven't done anything. Is this place truthful to filling things. They did help me get things transferred to there place which I'm thankful for. Just wish the times would get right for once as I got other things to do

My husband uses this pharmacy, they are always very helpful, very fast on getting the scripts filled. Yes I recommend Uptown Drug, think I may change over to them as well!
