Went in to see about a piercing.stood there as like we never existed nor acknowledge of saying to us that someone would be with us. Then 2 people cut in front of us after they got there tattoos and could if told them to wait to see what we were there for. Poor communication plus people that worked there didn't say anything as well. Will not go there or refer anyone to go there.

By far the best place to go for a piercing. We went to a few places, and felt the most comfortable with Karla as our piercer. She is so knowledgeable and She took her time with us, and answered every possible question we had, as well as going above and beyond in every way. Lori the apprentice was also awesome with us throughout the entire process. My daughter got her tragus pierced, and they were the best! Thank you ladies

We came late at night before closing hours and they all seemed to want to go home early because they said so and they had the doors closed already. Anyhow they still let us in and we got a nose piercing and it seemed to go by well. There were no issues and it was very sanitary.

Great professional workers here who I've gone to for years. They always deliver excellent results whether tattoo or piercing. 6 out 5 stars hands down.

Walked in to get an estimate from a guy that was there right around closing time. All I'm going to say is very unprofessional. Had to approach him instead of him approaching me. I know where I'm not going to go for my first one.

Amazing artist here and great people. I have seen James who works mon-thursday currently, for over 15 years. He is known for great color work, and being great for working with women. All the artist and staff there are respectful, competent genuine good people. This is the tattoo we are working on now, custom drawn for me by James. All their artist are great.

My tattoo only took a little over an hour and healed so well. The artist made me feel like I was in a safe and sterile environment. If I was to ever get any other tattoos I would definitely go back here.
