Urban Cookies Bakeshop, Phoenix AZ

This is my favorite bakery of all time, and as a former pastry chef and avid baker I don't throw that around lightly. This place has not only the most amazing and unique rotation of cupcake flavors and other baked goods but it's also just an incredible local business that pours its heart and soul into caring about its customers and employees. They have the most amazing lineup of baked goods including a bunch of gluten free and vegan options that you wouldn't even guess are gluten free or vegan. Watching Urban Cookies adapt and overcome set back after set back this year with covid has been amazing and they stand out as a business that has gone above and beyond keeping its customers and employees safe. Their safety measures are unmatched and do not go unnoticed or unappreciated. The passion fruit cupcake they have right now is probably one of the best I've ever had and my only complaint is that I wish it wasn't seasonal and they had it all year. This place really is the whole package from the amazing baked goods to the fantastic customer service

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! They are always friendly and best of all by far the best cupcakes and the salted Carmel bars are addicting

Simply yummy. They have a long list of menu cookies, cupcakes, donuts, i visited here with my cousin and ordered one from each category, But out of all my favorite is the brown velvet. I will soon be here next week with my friend.

I absolutely love Urban Cookies! I've been visiting their bakeshop and enjoying their baked goods for over 10 years now. It's always a wonderful treat for our family and friends when we share cupcakes and cookies from Urban Cookies. All of the baked goods we've purchased have always been baked to perfection. We also love trying their seasonal offerings which are always so imaginative and perfectly decorated.

I also very much appreciate that they offer gluten free and vegan options. It is super helpful that they list all of the allergens, which I know takes a lot of extra time and care.

Urban Cookies has always had great service and we love the contactless pick up option that has been offered over the last year. It was super easy and we were so glad we could continue to enjoy baked goods!

I love urban cookies because of the sheer amount of options they give you. There is no other place like it.

Are you guys really on TV crying just to cry how do you need 30 days to prepare to take off your mask? A lot of people are excited to go back out and be regular Don't rain on their parades when they're coming to your establishment to give you money. You very well could be turning a repeat customer into somebody that's going to leave a negative review

I ordered a smash cake for my 2yr birthday. The cake was absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing and the cake was extra moist. Plus, the smash cake was surprising big enough to feed 6 people. Great quality for the price. I love this place! Thank you for the amazing cake experience

We tried several cupcakes and cookies. Everything was tasty. My favorite was the lemon cupcake. All of them were amazing though.

Given the reviews, I was expecting a glorious cupcake but sadly, I was not impressed. The cupcake itself was very “bread-y” and the frosting leaves an oily consistency in your mouth. The flavors sound incredible, but the execution is poor.

Arguably the best iced coffee I've ever had. The coffee was $3.75 for 20oz. Decent price for a good product.

The shop is named for their cookies but they're best known for their cupcakes. Give their seasonal cupcakes a try. I have never been disappointed.

Deliciously amazing! I’ve been all over AZ and this place is the best ever, no lie. My daughter and I had the German Chocolate donut, coconut and chocolate cupcakes. It was so good. Super moist and frosting was perfect. Don’t think we ever had a tasty treat like this in AZ. Definitely our go to spot when in town. Looking forward to try more flavors.

I finally made a visit to this bakery; been drooling over online pictures of their pastries for weeks prior. I tried six items: the vanilla cupcake, a cowboy cookie, a peanut butter cookie, a prickly pear doughnut, a brownie and a nut bar. All of it delicious; and worth the trip from Peoria to Phoenix.
