Urologic Health Associates Plc: Marlou B Heiland MD and Anthony J Dyer MD, Chandler AZ

I am very concerned about the patient interaction that was the norm between Dr. Heiland and my mother. She lives with chronic bladder infections, and Heiland worked with her on an ongoing plan to treat them. While my mother is elderly she has lived with problem since she was young. She told Dr. Heiland that she googled a symptom and Heiland looked at her assistant and said, “She googled something. ” If I would’ve known this was the method in which she belittled patients I would have never allowed my mother to go alone to her appointment. There are plenty of qualified options for urologists. Why choose someone who would treat you this way while STILL NOT FINDING A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. I will be reaching out to this office to voice my concerns further and review on every single platform I can find. Doctors like Heiland are why people don’t trust their providers.
