US Post Office, Phoenix AZ

Wei helped me mail 2 packages today. He has helped me a few times. His helpfulness and friendly demeanor is to be commended! Truly appreciated and a blessing today! 10 out of 10!

This is my go-to post office! I feel fortunate to have it nearby because of it’s convenient hours and because the staff here are extremely friendly which has not always been my experience at other locations. They are efficient and welcoming and make the shipping process seamless! I especially want to shoutout, Wei, who has been extremely helpful time after time!

I had an issue with a piece of certified mail that I mailed Tuesday afternoon (a really nice guy helped me) but because neither of us noticed I addressed it incorrectly it would have caused so many other problems for me. As it needed to arrive at its destination with the postmark dated within a certain time frame. When I nervously went back in, Linda was able to assist and ease my mind by getting everything corrected and mailed back out! I was so grateful for her. I wanted to buy her her favorite food or drink, but she wouldn't have it. So I just need to tell everyone how awesome she made my experience and that I know where I will go whenever I have a need for services at the post office!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hallmark (USPS) and I must say, the service I received from the service person (Wei) was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he exuded professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the postal services offered, but he also went above and beyond to assist me with my specific needs. He patiently answered all my questions, provided helpful advice, and ensured that I had a clear understanding of the process. Despite a busy day at the post office, he managed to handle each customer with utmost care and ensured that the lines moved swiftly. He truly made me feel valued as a customer and demonstrated a genuine passion for his work. It will be my 'go to' post office. 5*****

The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I didn't make you come to work, don't take it out on us. You should really look into a job where you don't deal with customers directly. HORRID ADDITUDE!

I was worried since I have never mailed anything before and i was so confused but thankfully Cyndee helped me with everything and she did an amazing job explaining it to me!

Wei was extremely helpful, kind and streamlined the process very well! Will be returning here thanks to him.

I have been here several times now and each time, even when I'm unsure of how to best send my package, Wei has been incredibly cordial and helpful every time. I've been to several different US post office locations but I keep coming here because he answers all of my questions and is always happy to help.
