I love going in here. I go about once a week or maybe every 2 weeks. They always have new stuff. There is something for everyone here at the store.

Pam was wonderful from the moment I stepped in. She took in my pieces of jewelry and made a great deal, along with making a pleasant impression, I was also welcomed by a nice smile from a big and tall guy, Andrew. They both made doing business easy and a pleasure! Coming back with more items for them soon!

I arrived at their location to turn in a Flat screen TV and a PS4 gaming system. The gentleman who tested out my TV said my TV didn't work, when it worked at my place 30 minutes prior to arrival, also couldn't take my PS4 because he thought I tampered with the Hard Drive which I never do to any of my systems.

I guess I'll find someone else who will take my stuff.

I bought an xbox one and the 6 month warranty. I get it home and find the controller does not work. I bring the controller back and the employee tells me they don't have any to replace it I piint out there are like half a dozen in their case. He tells me those ones are for sale and he doesn't have any marked for returns. So im out of luck basically. He did say I could bring the entire system (that works great btw) & return the entire system and then pay another $10 warranty the new system and hope for the best. That makes absolutely no sense just to replace the controller. I've already spent like hours downloading games and customizing the Xbox i just bought only to take a risk of bringing it back in and possibly getting a not as good Xbox just because the controller which is completely seperate part doesn't work. It's obvious this policy is meant to inconvenience me so much that you're not going to bother bringing in the return. Not to mention pay an additional $10 to warranty the new Xbox even though I already paid $10 on the last Xbox which worked fine? And this is to replace a controller of which they have six or seven sitting in the glass waiting to be purchased waiting to be purchased. Apparently if I had money I'd be okay to take one of those controllers home but because I already spent my money and all I have is a guarantee from the business that's not good enough to receive one of those controllers. This sort of greedy management system that preys upon people that have already spent their money is extremely short-sighted. I bought my Playstation 3, my TV, my PlayStation 4 my Blu-ray and my laptop from these guys. I shudder to think how much money I've spent at this business only to be nickel and dimed well they're going to lose potentially thousands of dollars in future sales because I will never return. I'm so tired of businesses going out if there way to not honor simple things like an exchange especially to a customer that has a long history of making multiple purchases and obviously not a scammer. Don't buy the warranty!
