Broken the lock assemble to my sliding glass door, did not replace lock cylinder, left a mess in my home and when I did not want to pay till the work was completed threatened me in my home in front of my daughter and grandson. Disgusting behavior and pathetic business. Over charged and undelivered and top it off threatened me. I would never recommend this Bussiness to anyone. Beware!

Jeff arrived right away to fix our slider! It operates like a completely new door now! What a difference! Jeff is friendly and very professional! I will recommend him to everyone!

Please read Marci's review. I had very similar experience. Jeff will argue and give a lecture on everything but he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Very rude. When called again for an issue after he fixed the rollers, he started going into argument mode. Even if they cut their price by half, stay away. Btw, read the responses he gave to one star reviews here: he is mostly yelling at the customers and defending himself.

I called to talk about repairing a sliding door. The guy tried to upsell me on more than I needed. He was very rude and unprofessional so I hung up on him. Now he won't stop texting me and calling me names. What a joke.
EDIT: Now the guy responds to my review with more lies!? He didn't call me back to clear things up. He called me back to call me more names. Honestly, I'm not surprised and I really feel like I dodged a bullet. Stay away, people.stay away.

They did a great job adjusting my large sliding glass doors and making them work again nice and smooth. Would highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with this company. I hired them to replace a broken locking door handle, rollers and track at a rental property. Jeff came on Friday, 14 Sep to do the work. Jeff completed everything with the exception of installing the lock cylinder in the handle. He was unable to punch out the hole in the handle where the cylinder mounts and said he would come the next day (Saturday) after 12PM to drill out the hole and install the lock. I was fine with that and happy with his work to that point and paid him when he left as well as a tip. Saturday is when things took a horrible turn. At 12: 46 I sent a text asking for a rough time of arrival so I could be available to meet him at the rental property. I got no response to the text. At 1: 37 I called him with no answer or response. At 2: 23 I called again and got an immediate text response from Jeff that he would call be back. I never got the promised call back. At 4: 01 I texted him for an ETA. No response. At 4: 57 I texted and called saying "I'm assuming you're not going to make it to finish the job today. Is tomorrow possible? If not, I'm free anytime Monday. " Again no response from Jeff to that text or voice message. Sunday morning I called again at 9: 34 and Jeff answered the phone. He was immediately upset with me for trying to call him and text him so many times yesterday (only 3 calls and 3 texts over a 4hr period). I told him I was just looking for a time frame of when he would be coming so I wouldn't be waiting around all day and if he was to busy to make it as promised all he needed to do was take a second to let me know so I could go about my day. I told him that is what I do with my customers if I'm unable to follow through on a commitment. At that point he said started yelling, told me I was disrespectful to him and told me he was done with me and then he hung up. At no point did I ever raise my voice with him or insult him other than saying it was unprofessional of him to never respond to my attempts to contact him and keep me waiting on him all Saturday afternoon.
Now I have another company coming on Thursday to complete his unfinished work that is going to cost $145. I texted Jeff that I would send him the receipt for it and expected to be reimbursed and if not I would initiate a small claims court action. He immediately called back belligerent yelling who did I think I was and that installing the lock was never part of the job and that he would countersue me.
Lesson learned with this outfit is stay away or if you do business with them don't trust his word and pay until the job is completed.

They aren’t even a real company. Just some guy in a car buying parts at Ace or Home Depot and then trying to learn how to install them at your house. Save yourself the hassle and don’t waste your time or money with this silly Jeff guy.

Jeff showed up on time and did a great job on my patio sliding door. I can now open the door with one finger.

I spoke with Jeff on the phone, he was very nice, very professional, and actually sounded like he wanted to help. Jeff and a helper showed up a couple of hours later, and got the job done quickly, and professionally. I highly recommend their service!

He is a scam, he showed up to house and was unprofessional and he appeared intoxicated, did not fix any thing and requested money to order parts and never showed up again, when I confronted him after 7 weeks he said I am not refunding any money and you can go to court

I reached out regarding a broken lock. Jeff arrived at the agreed upon time and the fee was so reasonable. It also came with a two year warranty.

I would not use this Company ever again! This owner is rude and does not back his warranty. I was trying to get a follow up visit for my door under warranty for over a week. I placed two messages and called 3X, only to be rudely spoken to. What good is a company that can't even back their work or their word! Move on from this Guy and his shabby business, you will be thanking me! Once he found out the job was going to be a warranty issue, he snapped. I simply tried to get scheduled, and he came unglued! There are a lot of better sliding door Companies, and you don't even have to get screamed at! This man (Jeff) is not stable! It's not worth your risk, very scary!

I would like to add more information about my previous response. After I reported my previous review, I received five threatening phone calls from this man regarding his company. This man was unpleasant even during my initial call last year. He had promised to fix the issue under warranty if I called him with any problems, which I did after a year. However, when I mentioned the warranty, he began to act rudely. I provided my name for him to look up, but he did not reply. After several days, I called him again, and he started screaming at me on the phone. It is disappointing that this company does not keep their word; a little kindness would have gone a long way.

It’s unfortunate that I even have to give him a star. He is beyond rude, and very disturbing.
