USPS WVLDC, Phoenix AZ

Worked here for the Christmas season when I first moved out this way. I would love to come back!

LOST PACKAGES & SLOW PROCESSING! Just like every other USPS regional processing facility, these guys are horrible. This place is skilled at mishandling mail and packages. How does a package stay here for over a week before it leaves? Why doesn't this raise a flag to management that there is a problem?

This is where I work. Some days I don't mind going and others I'm just not feeling it. I mean it's my job man, we can't always love going to work, right?

One star? -Only because I had to pick that to post my rant. I would prefer to give them 0 stars or a negative star review. My package has been sitting at the USPS Facility PHOENIX, AZ 85043 for 3 days! It was shipped on Mar 4 from it's origin 250 miles away and here it is 11 days later on Mar 15, handled by the USPS all the way. Makes one long for the good ole days when the pony express existed. I could have walked to get it and been done in half the time. Expected delivery date says Mar 13 which is 2 days ago and frankly unrealistically optimistic. One needs a perpetual calendar just to time them. Incompetent and just plain lazy baboons must work there. Do they purposely do this to torture people? I will never use the USPS when possible again. They're a joke. And anyone who gives them more than one star is obviously not relying on them to get their package anywhere in a timely fasion. No wonder people Go Postal. In fact I'm writing this so I don't Go Postal. DELIVER MY PACKAGE ALREADY YOU ZYGOTAL MOTES!

If i could give no stars i would! This USPS facility is a travesty, I ship over 100 packages a month and at least 30 of the packages will either sit at this Faciltiy (85043) or they will ship to the wrong area. When calling the 1800 number the customer service rep reffered to this facility as the Black Hole for mail. Ive called the Post Master in DC and complained many times. Insured packages will get set to the side and when i open a case theyll get moving again (an obvious sign of an attemtpted theft. The plan manager needs to be fired before she ruins any more businesses. Consumer affais USPS told me today they have had more complaints about this place than all complaints in AZ total.

This has got to be the worst USPS center I've ever dealt with. Whenever I get a package it comes through here and every single time that package is held, for days. 5 days on average.

Outside carriers use the north entrance. Look for the people door that says "shipping and receiving". Live unload. Quick in and out.

I never went to a job where it felt like a nightmare. There is a Heavy spirit there.
The people there are SO SO MISERABLE and SO SO CRUEL AND WEIRD. I was only a PSE there for a month. During that time I didn't think I would be able to survive. Not only were there killer 12 hours to work through but the fact that I had to work around such harsh bitter angry and disrespectful people.
I was not prepared AT ALL. I thought people were happy working for the Post Office.
I felt like I was working with Demons.
I got my last check and RAN out the door.

I will never work there again.
I would recommend another plant or maybe a branch post office.

Pray before you walk through those doors.
