We stayed at VacayAZ’s Soldier Pass property in Sedona. It was absolutely stunning! From the views, down to every detail in the home… everything was perfect! The location was also a huge plus! We were near the trails and raw nature (watch for wildlife at night!), but also very close to the town and all the cute daytime things it has to offer! There were more things to do than we could have imagined! Next time… I’d plan on staying much longer!

My recent stay in a VacayAZ vacation rental in Arizona was by far the best guest experience I have had despite having stayed at many properties in many different places. The house was 100% clean, including small detailed areas. There were very thoughtful touches like benches, luggage racks, trash cans, clothes hangers and instructions in key locations. Plenty of dishes, silverware, toiletries, and other supplies were provided. Everything worked flawlessly and nothing was broken. There were no issues at all at any point during my stay even though I was with a large group and we used all of the amenities and rooms and cooked. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism and execution.

As one who is apprehensive about vacation rentals and usually prefers a hotel stay, I am so glad I found VacayAZ! They came highly recommended from a family friend who knew I had safety concerns about staying in ‘someone else’s home. ’ I have since stayed in 2 properties managed by VacayAZ and I honestly can’t imagine staying in a hotel again, if I have the option of one of their amazing homes! It’s so refreshing to find a company that puts such a high value on customer satisfaction. Both houses were completely different & yet felt similar (and comfortable) in the continuity of care taken, to assure the best quality experience. An Unforgettable Stay in Sedona!

I recently stayed at VacayAZ’s Solders Pass home in Sedona, Arizona with my family and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and enjoyable.

The location of the property was perfect and some of the most breathtaking views in Sedona. We were within walking distance to fantastic hikes, making it an ideal spot for our family. The rental home felt like a true home away from home. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, leaving us with nothing to worry about upon arrival. The level of luxury was evident and unique in every detail from the design, furniture, incredible artwork, and fun game room, making our stay even more special.

VacayAZ’s excellent communication and customer service made the entire process hassle-free. Their welcome QR code provided clear instructions and all the necessary information, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Throughout our stay, there were no issues whatsoever. Our time in Sedona was nothing short of perfect.

This was one of the most amazing vacation rentals I have ever rented. Everything was well thought out and the MGMT was easy to deal with. Excellent experience. We rented the Mountain View and Paradise property.

I recently stayed at a VacayAZ home in Scottsdale and it was the best stay! The home was so well appointed with any houseware you could possibly need. It was so clean, smelled so fresh, had super comfortable beds and sheets. The amenities were incredible. The VacayAZ team did an outstanding job and I will frequent their homes anytime I return to Scottsdale. Highly recommend.

During our stay at one of their properties, someone tried to break into the residence twice. When I contacted the management team, they said that the ring camera that was installed outside on the doorbell was dead. They were not helpful at all. They said that the safety of their residents was obviously not a top priority. They did not help us in anyway. If you are concerned about your safety, do not book with this company. The police on the other hand helped us leave the property at 4am, way before check out.

Cannot say enough good things about this rental! Had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and the scenery was amazing! Huge pool and green space. Amazing outdoor kitchen! Loved the house and was very spacious to accommodate our group. Amazing rental! We had the best week here in Scottsdale!

We've stayed with Vacay AZ several times. Homes are beautifully maintained and guests are well taken care of. Absolutely gorgeous views! Jack took great care of anything we needed and was very attentive. Definitely would recommend if you're wanting a luxury home near Scottsdale!

While the pre-occupancy interactions with the management team were pleasant, our experience while in this property was unfortunately marred by several quality and functional-related issues. Some caused major inconveniences, some minor, but given the rate charged, it fell short of our expectations. The surrounding environ is gorgeous, and it was a beautifully maintained landscape. Plenty of room to spread out. However, based upon other high end properties that we've rented, this was not worth the money spent. Two stars are even generous for this firm.

I CANNOT say enough about this amazing company and home!

We were in Scottsdale for our wedding and rented another home with Airbnb. It was a complete disaster including visible growing mold all over the walls.

Our party of 15 vacated the property and needed to find another housing option asap. I wanted to tour any home we rented after our previous experience.

The owner met us at the house to ensure it was as advertised. This house was PERFECT. 4 huge master suites on one wing of the house, two amazing living rooms, the bunk room is spacious, two private bedrooms off the bunk room, bathrooms everywhere, every game you could ever want, green space for play time, fantastic outdoor living area, great pool and basketball area for the kids. 3 new front-loading washers/dryers, a kitchen that has everything and more! Literally PERFECT. The laundry is done professionally, and the home sanitized so your cleaning fee is worth it.

Even more impressive than the house is the customer service. After dealing with Airbnb, we realized how important this is if anything does not go as planned. Jack was "our trip angel". He left us a bottle of wine and Nothing Bunt Cakes along with a very sweet note when we arrived.

He checked on up on us and was beyond responsive. Please don't hesitate on this property or this amazing company.

We stayed at the Vacay AZ property on Yucca Drive in Sedona and loved every minute of it. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful views from the garden and we very much made the most of the fire pit and hot tub. Vacay AZ had thought of everything and kitted out the kitchen with everything from a cool box to sandwich bags - little things that made all the difference! The team also went above and beyond when it came to returning a passport to us after we left it in a drawer. It was our mistake but Vacay AZ went as far as to courier it to their nearby office for us just in the nick of time to catch our flight. Immensely grateful and will certainly be back!
