Vail Nails and Spa reviews
15Paid $70 for two pedicures that were only 15 minutes per person and they weren't busy. Toenails not cut evenly. I have had problems before with service and gave them their last chance today.
I love Vail Nails and spa not only because they are my local place, but they are always super friendly and the prices are fair.
I love the vibe here, it's calming but leaves room for socializing. They're patient, fast, and do great work! I've not been in here longer than 10minutes waiting for service. (I've not been there near holidays, so I'm sure it's busier then)
I have been to this nail salon several times and while it started out ok, the service is just not good. Last month one of the nail techs clipped too close and my toe hurt for about a week. This time the woman did not put the clear on before putting color. She was taking short cuts to get done quickly. Also, it seems as soon as they begin, they talk Vietnamese to the tech next to them and it feels like they are talking about you. They don't really talk to you though. Not good customer service. I will look for a different salon.
Tried to go in several times this week but they a have pushy political group posted out front that won't let you in the front door without trying to force you to sign their petition.
Went in today for a pedicure and treated my daughter to her fill (she requested a French tip and design on one nail)
The lady that did my pedicure was great, very professional, friendly and welcoming.
I asked for the spa pedicure ($45) and received a classic pedicure ($35) only difference was a sugar scrub which I was ok with or with out… there was no wait time for my nails to dry before I was helped to put my shoes on and head to the front, my big toe nail was smudged from my other toe.
When I went to the front to pay a different lady was starting to charge me $53 until my lady came and charge me correctly.
I don’t think I will return.not because of the service or outcome but because I am not impressed on how they clean the tools and observing them reuse tools that are on time use on multiple clients.
I felt like she was in a race! To see who can be the fastest! Hardly rub my legs and feet I am really disappointed with it all done in less than thirty minutes what the heck life is short should be able to get a good pedicure but today All Customer Service Suck A lady that was in here before me is still getting done Just to add I am trying to get polish to dry she wanting me to leave how rude
Amazing service! Despite the “not so good reviews” I still decided to give them a chance! And I’m glad I did. I got exactly what I asked for and I LOVE them 10/10!
Wednesday before Easter and I got a same-day appointment for a fill. I tried this salon 3 years ago right before COVID shut everything down. I'm happy I went back; prompt service, took under an hour, nails look great!
Hannah is amazing. Service is always friendly. Silletti is clean appointments are easy to schedule.
I’m very impressed very nice staff and amazing job service was grate and I love my nails the look amazing very happy 10/10 would recommend
I love that they got me in same day. However the quality of work was very low. My acrylics are chipping after 2 days, and my daughter's manicure was chipping after one day. With the price we paid, it's definitely not worth it.
I went there a couple time for a regular pedicure done then by an older person named Jasmine? As she did it, I noticed that kept asking me questions such as did I live alone? Etc, and it annoyed me as asking personal stuff to customers is none of her business. She also asked for a tip.she did the pedicure asking stuff that was unnecessary throughout. I have not gone back since that experience.
As a Nurse, I treated myself to a pedicure a few times a year. I loved it here. The last time I went she decided to take it upon herself to cut out two ingrown toenails without asking. I now have to see specialists to fix this and I’ve been in more pain ever since.
